Also provided are methods of enhancing the activity of a serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SRI) comprising co-administering a glutamate modulator and a serotonin reuptake inhibitor. Pharmaceutical composition comprising a serotonin reuptake inhibitor and a glutamate modulator are also provided.

TOPICAL FORMULATIONS OF BIARYL HETEROCYCLIC COMPOUNDS AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF
The present invention relates to topical formulations of biaryl heterocyclic compounds and methods of use thereof for treating acne and other skin infections caused or mediated by Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus agalactiae, Haemophilus influenza, Trichomonas vaginalis, Klebsiella sp., Enterobacter sp., Proteus sp., Propionibacterium acnes, Gardnerella vaginalis, or Staphylococcus aureus (including Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)) in a patient in need thereof. In certain embodiments, the acne or other skin infection is caused or mediated by Propionibacterium acnes, Gardnerella vaginalis, or Staphylococcus aureus.
Granulated anthelmintic preparations and delivery systems
The present invention relates to anthelmintic compositions comprising two or more anthelmintic active agents selected from one or more of the following groups; imidazothiazoles such as levamisole, benzimidazoles such as oxfendazole, or fenbendazole, macrocylic lactones such as ivermectin or avermectin, salicylanilides, and praziquantel. The composition being in the form of stable granules that are readily dispersible in water so as to provide a homogenous mixture of the anthelmintic agents suitable for administration. Methods of preparing the composition are also described.
