The present invention discloses an outdoor sunshade umbrella with an umbrella column lifting structure, including an umbrella column assembly and an umbrella frame assembly. The umbrella column assembly includes an upper umbrella column and a lower umbrella column. The upper umbrella column and the lower umbrella column are in sliding fit and have a lifting adjustment mechanism arranged therebetween. The lifting adjustment mechanism is configured to implement ascending or descending of the upper umbrella column relative to the lower umbrella column and can be locked at any height.
