System and method for intelligent data center power management and energy market disaster recovery

Systems and methods for intelligent data center power management and energy market disaster recovery comprised of data collection layer, analytics/automation/actions layer, energy markets analysis layer. Plurality of data centers employ the systems and methods comprised of a plurality of Tier 2 data centers that may be running applications, virtual machines and physical computer systems to enable data center and application disaster recovery from utility energy market outages. Systems and methods may be employed to enable application load balancing and data center power load balancing across a plurality of data centers may lead to financial benefits when moving application and power loads from one data center location using power during peak energy hours to another data center location using power during off-peak hours.

Clamps for solar systems

A solar power system can include a rail and a solar module disposed on the rail. A clamp assembly can couple the solar module to the rail. The clamp assembly can have a clamped configuration in which the solar module is secured to the rail and an unclamped configuration. The clamp assembly can comprise an upper clamp member, a lower clamp member coupled to the rail, and a stabilization member mechanically engaging the upper clamp member and the lower clamp member. The stabilization member can prevent rotation of the lower clamp member relative to the rail when the clamp assembly is in the clamped and unclamped configurations. In the unclamped configuration, the stabilization member can be biased such that the upper clamp member is disposed at a sufficient clearance above the rail to permit the insertion of the solar module between the upper clamp member and the rail.

ATTACHMENT CLAMP

Various apparatuses to attach a first medical device to a second medical device are described that allow the physician to grasp only a single device while the other device remains securely attached to the one being grasped. The apparatuses, once they are attached to the first medical device, are designed to be easily and quickly attached and detached to a second medical device, normally only requiring the use of one hand. Furthermore, the apparatuses oftentimes include a base that can easily couple and decouple from the portion that is attached to the second medical device so that if the need arises to separately use the second medical device, it can be decoupled from the first medical device without completely removing the apparatus from the second medical device.

Product display assembly

A product display assembly includes a floor and a divider. The floor is configured to support a product. The divider is configured to selectively engage the floor such that the divider extends in a longitudinal direction. The divider includes a body portion and a proximal leg. The proximal leg is movable with respect to the body portion in a longitudinal direction between a first position where the proximal leg engages the floor and a second position where the proximal leg is free from engagement with the floor.
