20260053878 · 2026-02-26 ·

The present disclosure is generally directed to the extraction of active compounds from plant biomass. In particular, the present disclosure is directed to the extraction of active compounds from plant biomass using solvents of different polarity.

MEDICAL HEMP CULTIVAR PINKPEPPER AND PRIMER SET COMPOSITION FOR IDENTIFYING THE SAME

A hempseed oil or a seed protein is derived from a feminized seed. The feminized seed is obtained by induction of a male flower on a female plant of a hemp cultivar Pinkpepper (Cannabis sativa L. cv. Pinkpepper) plant. The hemp cultivar Pinkpepper plant is obtained through artificial crossing between KHV2 genetic resource as a seed parent and Inida genetic resource as a pollen parent, the hemp cultivar Pinkpepper plant having a higher content of cannabinoids than the seed and pollen parents, the hemp cultivar Pinkpepper plant deposited under Accession Number KACC 88008BP.

MEDICAL HEMP CULTIVAR PINKPEPPER AND PRIMER SET COMPOSITION FOR IDENTIFYING THE SAME

A composition for identifying a hemp cultivar Pinkpepper or a progeny plant thereof includes the oligonucleotide primer set of SEQ ID NOs: 7 and 8, and/or the oligonucleotide primer set of SEQ ID NOs: 9 and 10. A method for identifying hemp cultivar Pinkpepper or a progeny plant thereof includes extracting genomic DNA from a hemp plant, amplifying a target sequence by having the extracted genomic DNA as template and carrying out an amplification reaction using the oligonucleotide primer set, and detecting a product produced by the application of the target sequence.

HUMIC AND FULVIC MINERAL EXTRACTION METHOD AND BEVERAGE FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION
20260048011 · 2026-02-19 ·

The embodiments disclose a system is disclosed for producing humic and fulvic acid compositions suitable for human consumption. The system includes a water treatment module configured to process various water sourcessuch as chlorinated municipal water, unchlorinated well water, spring water, or ocean waterthrough particulate filtration, desalination, dichlorination, defluorination, sterilization, and pH adjustment to maintain a level between 8.5 and 10. A humate source preparation module chops and pulverizes humate sources including humus soil, coal, degradated plant matter, or mineral-rich waters. A mixing tank combines the treated water with the pulverized humate. A separation module comprises at least one chamber containing activated carbon and a pH/temperature control device to isolate and direct fulvic acid to a fulvic acid storage tank and humic acid to a humic acid storage tank. Both acids are suspended in treated water and stored for subsequent use in consumable products, including beverages and supplements.

Method for preparing stable liquid emulsion forms of plant extract

A method for preparing stable liquid emulsion forms of plant extract is provided. A plant extract having a bitter flavor is mixed with diluent oil as an oil mixture and heat is applied to the oil mixture. An emulsifying agent is dispersed in water as an emulsifying solution. The oil mixture is mixed with the emulsifying solution. The mixed oil mixture and emulsifying solution is homogenized as a liquid form of the plant extract. Gluconic acid is added to the liquid form of the plant extract. The bitter flavor of the plant extract is disguised by adding a bitter blocker to the liquid form of the plant extract.

CANNABIDIOL-TYPE CANNABINOID COMPOUND

The present invention relates to a cannabidiol (CBD) type cannabinoid compound for use as a medicament. The CBD-type cannabinoid, cannabidiol-C1 (CBD-C1), is a naturally occurring cannabinoid that can be found in minor quantities in the cannabis plant. Furthermore, the cannabinoid can be produced by synthetic means and a method for the production of CBD-C1 is described herein. In addition, disclosed herein are data which demonstrate the efficacy of CBD-C1 in models of disease.

OIL EXTRACT OF CANNABIS AND METHOD FOR OBTAINING

The present invention provides for a method for obtaining an oil extract of cannabis. The method includes: (a) contacting cannabis biomass and an edible oil; (b) pressing between a pair of plates to provide spent cannabis and an oil extract of cannabis; and (c) separating the spent cannabis biomass and the oil extract of cannabis.

Methods to refine cannabinoids
12544390 · 2026-02-10 · ·

This disclosure generally relates to gas-phase methods to simultaneously purify and decarboxylate cannabinoids in about two seconds, which are about 100-10,000 times more efficient than conventional purification and decarboxylation strategies. The methods also recover thermolabile cannabinoids such as cannabigerol at significantly higher yields than conventional methods.

ENRICHED MINERAL PITCH RESIN PRODUCTS AND METHODS OF MANUFACTURING ENRICHED MINERAL PITCH RESIN PRODUCTS
20260034186 · 2026-02-05 ·

Compositions and methods of manufacturing mineral pitch resin compositions comprising at least one of a cannabinoid, a terpene, a terpenoid, an essential oil and a fatty acid are provided. Such mineral pitch resin compositions may be safely consumed orally, topically or otherwise, and have numerous health benefits. In the method, raw shilajit is dissolved in water, filtered through successively smaller filters to yield a filtrate, the filtrate is dried to yield a resin, and the resin is sheared to form an emulsion with a particulate size of 1-10 nm.

Method of preparing cannabinoids

The pharmaceutical industry is highly regulated to ensure the safety, efficacy, and quality of medicines and drug discolouration is one of the leading causes for drug recall. An object of the present invention is to provide an improved method of manufacturing cannabinoids for use in pharmaceuticals that is both stable and substantially pure. Such use of stable and substantially pure cannabinoids in pharmaceuticals will improve patient compliance to medication. The main steps of the method are decarboxylation, extraction, winterization and crystallisation.
