The short leg is rotatable about the long leg. The button is movable to a blocking position to block the short leg from rotation about the long leg, and to an unblocking position to permit the rotation of the short leg about the long leg. The key-operated lock core is configured to drive the button in one direction to the blocking position and in a reverse direction to the unblocking position. The indicator is movable with respect to the key-operated lock core and the button. The indicator is movable from an original position, toward a first horizontal level that is tangent to the vertex of the arch section of the shackle, to an indicative position outside the shell.
