STEEL PERGOLA
Disclosed are example embodiments of a device having at least one of a five-device-in-one anti-twisting anti-warping anti-vibrating cost-saving production-increasing corner and noise-canceling wind-dissipating louver, which is economical to produce and ship, and can be quickly and easily assembled and disassembled. Particularly, the present invention relates to a five-device-in-one anti-twisting anti-warping anti-vibrating cost-saving production-increasing corner and noise-canceling wind-dissipating louver (for being adapted to pergola, RV, house, solar panel, and concert stage), which includes at least one of anti-twisting anti-warping cost-saving production-increasing outer corner system, Leaf-filtering-and-breaking cost-saving production-increasing auto-centering inner corner system, Double-gutter-supporting-and-locking post system, Anti-twisting anti-warping 4-opposite-direction-securing post-plate system, Rainwater-shedding rainwater-directing louver systems, Cost-saving production-increasing noise-canceling wind-dissipating louver end systems, Automatic-multi-louver-shuttling system, and Cost-saving production-increasing rainwater-shedding leaf-filtering beam systems.
Components for shade structures
A mount for a shade structure, in particular a collapsible pavilion. The mount has a base and a cover. The base has a space formed therein configured to receive a ground support of a shade structure. The cover has a top surface and a bottom surface to be secured to the base. A groove is formed in the mount and is configured to pivotably receive a rib. The groove is disposed between opposed walls of the mount. A pin retention recess is disposed on each side of the opposed walls in one of the cover and the base. A plurality of projections are provided that each have a first end fixed to one of the cover and the base in which the pin retention recess is not formed and a second end disposed away from the fixed end. One of the projections is configured to enclose a portion of the retention recess when the cover and the base are secured together.

UMBRELLA
An improved umbrella frame comprising a four-rib canopy frame comprising only five parts plus a simplified four-panel canopy that greatly reduces manufacturing costs. The frame comprises four arms that snap together with a tool-less tongue and groove connection around a central shaft, allowing the four-panel canopy to be stretched over top. The tongue and groove assembly forms an improved runner that gently slides up and down the central shaft to provide open and close functions. The improved umbrella frame is lightweight and may-be quickly and easily assembled and disassembled for packing or storage.
Umbrella quick frame assembly systems and methods
An umbrella hub is provided that includes an inner portion, an outer periphery, a lower portion and an upper portion. A plurality of vertical grooves is disposed in the outer periphery and is configured to receive umbrella ribs or struts. A plurality of grooves extends transverse to the plurality of vertical grooves. A retention member is disposed in each of the transverse grooves. A first configuration of the hub permits deflection of the retention member such that a transverse pin coupled with the umbrella ribs or struts can be inserted into the transverse groove in which the retention member is disposed. A second configuration of the hub prevents deflection of the retention member such that inadvertent withdrawal of the pin from the transverse groove in which the retention member is disposed is prevented.

CANTILEVER UMBRELLA
A cantilever umbrella, including umbrella cloth, an umbrella rod, a top notch with a guide sleeve, a runner, umbrella ribs and stretchers is disclosed. The umbrella rod contains an inner section and a cantilever section; the umbrella rob passes through the guide sleeve and the top notch in sequence with the end of the inner section hinged to the runner. The cantilever section can be extracted from the guide sleeve to open the umbrella ribs and stretch the umbrella cloth into place. The cantilever section can be moved laterally and fixed into position at the end of the guide sleeve to stabilize the open state of the umbrella ribs.
