Variable ratio brake pedal
Provided herein is a variable ratio pedal assembly for a vehicle for operating a push rod of a brake system, for example. The assembly includes at least one activation link connected via a pivot tube to an elongated lever structure of the pedal arm, an input link for connection to the push rod to activate the brake system that is operatively connected to the activation link, and an intermediate link connected to the input link and a vehicle bracket. The intermediate link pivots relative to the input link and the vehicle bracket, resulting in a variation in angle between the input link and the intermediate link. The variation in angle between the input link and the intermediate link creates a ratio that varies as the pedal arm is moved.
Accelerator pedal unit
An accelerator pedal unit is known comprising an accelerator pedal, an actuator, and a control shaft via which the actuator can transmit a restoring torque to the accelerator pedal. The accelerator pedal unit can generate an additional restoring force which acts on the accelerator pedal, for example in order to regulate or limit the speed of a vehicle or to function as a warning device in the event of speeding. In the accelerator pedal unit according to the invention, the actuator is mechanically decoupled from the accelerator pedal. According to the invention, the torque of the control shaft (3) is transmitted to the accelerator pedal (1) via a damping element (10).
Multifunction foot pedal
A foot pedal with a treadle that pivots up and down to vary its pitch, and/or side to side to vary its yaw. The pivot range of motion is divided into a plurality of zones, each zone configured to correspond to a respective virtual switch. When the treadle is pivoted into one of the zones, the corresponding virtual switch is activated. The virtual switch controls an operatively coupled device such as a handpiece used in a surgical procedure.
Rotatable footplate integrated with bearing assembly imbedded in a single-board sport board
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention would provide a rotatable footplate integrated with a corresponding bearing and well assembly that is imbedded into, screwed into, or otherwise, integrally a part of, a single-board sports board, such as a snowboard.

An adjustable auxiliary brake control system for an educational driving vehicle with a main brake and a driver seat comprises an auxiliary brake assembly, a connecting frame, a supporting structure and a brake cable. The system attains strong and reliable support from a driver-seat-bracket to achieve auxiliary brake control from the passenger compartment through the brake cable. DEVICES AND SYSTEMS FOR PREVENTING MISALIGNMENT IN VEHICLE BRAKE ASSEMBLIES
A vehicle brake assembly includes an actuation lever coupled to a brake pedal. The brake assembly also includes a push rod of a brake booster. The push rod has a clevis on an end portion thereof. The clevis comprises two prongs. The brake assembly further includes an alignment device seated on each respective prong of the clevis. The alignment devices are configured to collectively guide and position the clevis into alignment with the actuation lever during construction of the brake assembly.
Pivotable wheel assembly for snowmobile ski
The present invention provides a retractable wheel system for snowmobile skis. The retractable wheel system of the present invention may be installed on a snowmobile ski without affecting its structural integrity by installing the system on the reinforced portion of the snowmobile ski. When a user circulates in a path with little or no snow, the retractable wheel system is positioned in the extended configuration by the user and the system will automatically return to the retracted configuration when the user returns in a snowy zone. This is realized by using a pre-tensioned spring that will reposition the wheel in the retracted configuration. The spring transmits a rotational movement to the member on which the wheel is fixed.

A main bracket is provided wherein the main bracket having an upper surface, the main bracket is mounted to a vehicle floor. An aperture provided through the upper surface of the main bracket. A first insert mounted within the insert, the first insert configured to securely connect to the aperture of the main bracket. A second insert mounted to a bottom surface of a pedal housing, the second insert mounted within the first insert to securely connect the main bracket to the pedal housing. The first insert and the second insert rotated into a secured position.
Temporary platform brake for a vehicle
A platform for use with a temporary or auxiliary brake in a vehicle. An upper portion of the platform has a raised wall and stabilization flanges. The temporary or auxiliary brake is mounted on the raised wall. The raised wall is spaced from a floorboard of the vehicle. The stabilization flanges engage the floorboard to stabilize the upper portion. An extension plate, joined with a specialized and flexible weld, extends from the upper portion to provide increased stabilization of the platform and maintain the platform and the temporary or auxiliary brake in position on the floorboard of the vehicle, allowing the platform to fit virtually any year, make, or model of vehicle. The use of the platform and the temporary or auxiliary brake does not require drilling or deformation of the vehicle.
