Intervertebral implant with keel
An intervertebral implant component of an intervertebral implant includes an outer surface for engaging an adjacent vertebra and an inner surface. A keel extends from the outer surface and is designed to be disposed in a slot provided in the adjacent vertebra. This keel extends in a plane which is non-perpendicular to the outer surface; and preferably there are two of the keels extending from the outer surface which are preferably offset laterally from one another. In another embodiment, an anterior shelf is provided at an anterior end of the outer surface, and this anterior shelf extends vertically away from the inner surface in order to help prevent bone growth from the adjacent vertebra towards the inner surface. Further in accordance with disclosed embodiments, various materials, shapes and forms of construction of the component and/or keel provide various benefits.
Tool device
A tool has at least one point, at least one working edge, at least one edge, which connects to the point and is located opposite of the working edge and which has at least one first edge region that is straight and forms an inclination angle between 0 and 2.5 with the working edge. The edge has a second edge region, which has a different inclination than the first edge region.
Blade for a reciprocating saw
A blade for use with a reciprocating saw includes an attachment portion configured to couple to the reciprocating saw and a body extending from the attachment portion. The body includes a first portion, a tip portion, and a second portion extending from the first portion to the tip portion. The first portion has a height between about 0.625 inches and about 1.0 inches and the second portion has a height between about 0.18 inches and about 0.25 inches. The blade also includes a blunt tip formed at a distal end of the tip portion. An overall length of the blade is between about 2.4 inches and about 3.25 inches, measured from a proximal edge of the attachment portion to the blunt tip. The blade also includes a plurality of teeth arranged along the second portion and defining a cutting edge.
Recip Blade
A recip blade has a blade body including a cutting edge and a tang located at one end of the blade body. The tang defines an arcuate cross-sectional shape or is laminated to increase the overall thickness of the tang and, in turn, enhance the rigidity of the blade and/or reduce oscillation or whipping of the blade during cutting.
REORIENTABLE ROTATABLE PROCESSING TOOL
A tool includes first and second tool parts that move toward one another, at least one processing device provided on the first tool part, and at least two counter devices provided on the second tool part. The processing device and the counter devices are rotatable relative to one another about at least one positioning axis, and the counter devices are aligned relative to one another along a direction of relative rotational movement of the processing device and the counter devices. The processing device and a first counter device are allocated to one another by at least a first defined processing parameter, and the processing device and a second counter device are allocated to one another by at least a second defined processing parameter. The first processing parameter is different than the second processing parameter.

Blade for a reciprocating saw
A blade for use with a reciprocating saw includes an attachment portion configured to couple to the reciprocating saw and a body extending from the attachment portion. The body includes a first portion, a tip portion, a second portion extending from the first portion to the tip portion, and a cutting edge. The second portion has a height less than a height of the first portion. The blade also includes a blunt tip formed at a distal end of the tip portion and a plurality of gullets formed in the second portion. At least one of the gullets has a generally trapezoidal shape.
Deep-drawing packaging machine with lifting device
The invention relates to a deep-drawing packaging machine and to a method of operating such a deep-drawing packaging machine, comprising a lifting device for a workstation, wherein a lower tool part connected to a stand and an upper tool part connected to a frame are coupled to each other and driven by a motor such that both tools may at least partially move together towards a film web.
