Robust Gas Lift Valve Suitable for Use in Harsh Environments With Multiple Seals
A gas lift valve including a body with interior charging chamber; a housing defining a bore in fluid communication with the charging chamber; a plug positioned within the bore and an a first O-ring forming a seal between an external surface of the plug and an interior surface of the bore, a crush washer is positioned between the plug and a surface of the housing; and a cap positioned with respect to the housing such that the plug is positioned within the cap interior bore and a second O-ring forms a seal between a first external surface of the housing and a first interior surface of the cap.
Drilling system and method of operating a drilling system
A diverter for diverting a fluid from a riser in a drilling system. The diverter includes a diverter support housing comprising a suspension structure configured so that the diverter support housing is suspendable from a drilling rig, and a main passage arranged to extend from an uppermost end of the diverter support housing to a lowermost end of the diverter support housing. The main passage is configured to have a drill string extend therethrough. A diverter housing is arranged in the main passage. An annular packer element is mounted within the diverter housing. An actuator is mounted within the diverter housing. The actuator is configured to force the annular packer element into a sealing engagement with the drill string. A seal locking mechanism is configured to retain a tubular sealing element in the diverter housing adjacent to the annular packer element.
GAS LIFT VALVE WITH MIXED BELLOWS AND FLOATING CONSTANT VOLUME FLUID CHAMBER
A valve apparatus capable of withstanding high pressures and techniques for using this apparatus in various suitable applications are provided. The valve apparatus typically includes both an upper bellows comprising a standard, convoluted bellows and a lower bellows comprising an edge-welded bellows. The valve apparatus may also include a floating, constant volume fluid chamber that travels with the lower edge-welded bellows as the lower bellows compresses and expands in an effort to protect the lower bellows from very high internal volume fluid pressure.

Dual direction lift gas valve with cavitation prevention
A bi-directional valve with valve elements having compliant features biasing them together to maintain a sealing interface that defines a fluid communication barrier within the valve. Parting the valve elements from one another removes the sealing interface to allow fluid communication across the valve elements. The valve includes a side port and a choke member that selectively blocks fluid flow through the valve when moved adjacent the side port and selectively opens the valve to fluid communication when moved away from the side port. The choke member remains adjacent the side port until the valve elements are spaced a distance apart greater than that at which valve erosion or fluid cavitation occurs.
ROBUST GAS LIFT VALVE SUITABLE FOR USE IN HARSH ENVIRONMENTS

Injection pressure operated gas lift valve and methods of use
An IPO gas lift valve. The IPO gas lift valve may include a dome assembly, a bellows system coupled to the dome assembly, a valve assembly, and a check valve assembly coupled to the valve assembly. The bellows system may include a liquid-filled scaled chamber, a piston positioned within the sealed chamber and dividing the sealed chamber into a dome side and a valve side, a first bellows assembly positioned within the dome side of the sealed chamber, and a second bellows assembly positioned within the valve side of the sealed chamber. The valve assembly may be operable to shift the IPO gas lift valve between an open position and a closed position.
