ADJUSTABLE OPERATING ROD FOR A HYDRANT
An adjustable operating rod assembly is provided. In one embodiment a telescoping rod and tube are provided such that the length of the operating rod can be selectively adjusted in order to accommodate fluid inlet pipes of various lengths and regardless of manufacturer.
ANTIFREEZING APPARATUS
An anti-freezing apparatus comprises: a main block including an accommodation space and a water inlet at one side thereof to communicate with the accommodation space; a temperature sensitive member provided in the accommodation space and having one end for opening and closing the water inlet, the length of the temperature sensitive member variable due to expansion or contraction according to changes in temperature; an elastic member installed between the temperature sensitive member and the main block; a connecting rod connected to the other end of the temperature sensitive member; a locking part having opposite ends locked in a locking protrusion formed in the accommodation space and having a through-hole through which water passes; and an adjustment part coupled to the tip end of the connecting rod and rotatably screw-coupled to the locking part. The elastic member applies an elastic force to the temperature sensitive member to close the water inlet.

Sanitary Hydrant
A freeze resistant sanitary hydrant is provided that employs a reservoir for storage of fluid under the frost line or in an area not prone to freezing. To evacuate this reservoir, a means for altering pressure is provided that is able to function in hydrant systems that employ a vacuum breaker.
VALVE ASSEMBLY FOR PREVENTION OF WATER FREEZING AND STAGNATION
A valve assembly includes a valve installed in a fluid/liquid supply line, and a water circulation pipe that has a first end in fluid communication with a water supply line and a second end in fluid communication with an inner volume of the valve. Some water flowing in the water supply line is diverted through the water circulation pipe and circulates in the valve. The water that is diverted through the water circulation pipe and circulates in the valve has a sufficient flow to prevent freezing and/or water stagnation in the valve.

Valve assemblies with internal protective elements and methods of using same
Valve assemblies which comprise a valve housing; an inner valve element; an outer valve element spaced apart from the inner valve element; a valve stem on which both the inner valve element and the outer valve element are located; a portion of the valve stem between the inner valve element and the outer valve element is threaded; and a protective element located within the valve housing and covering the threaded portion of the valve stem.

Anti-freeze faucet structure
An anti-freeze faucet structure contains: a first pipe, a second pipe, a first control valve, a spring, a check valve, and a second control valve. The first pipe includes an orifice, an outlet, an inlet, a stop rim, and an inner screwing section. The second pipe is disposed in the first pipe and includes an aperture and a rotatable knob. The first control valve is joined with the second pipe and includes a through hole, an outer screwing section, a water passage, and a water channel. The spring is mounted in the through hole and is stopped by a limiting rib. The check valve is secured in the through hole and includes a stopping plug and a water stop portion. The second control valve is connected with the water channel to position the spring and the check valve and includes an inlet channel and a close ring.
