Product dispensing system
A flow control device is disclosed. The flow control device includes a solenoid, the solenoid including an armature. Also, a piston connected to the armature. The piston includes a primary orifice. The piston having an open position and a closed position. A piston spring connected to the piston is also includes and at least one secondary orifice. The movement of the piston to the open position at least partially opens the at least one secondary orifice and the movement of the piston to the closed position at least partially closes the at least one secondary orifice. The movement of the armature actuates the piston movement and controls fluid flow from the primary orifice through the at least one secondary orifice.
SENSOR ASSEMBLY FOR FAUCET
A sensor assembly for controlling a flow of water through a faucet includes a shank and a head. The shank is configured to pass through an aperture in a wall and terminates at a flange at a first end of the shank. The head is configured to be coupled to the shank. The head includes a base, a top portion, and circuitry. The base has a first side configured to be supported by a first side of the wall and a second side configured to interface with a first side of the flange. The base includes an opening configured to receive the flange and a hole configured to receive a portion of the shank. The circuitry is configured to be positioned between the cover and a second side of the flange opposite the first side of the flange. The circuitry interfaces with the second side of the flange.
Sensor for connection detection and actuator including same
There is disclosed a mechanism for detecting that a valve coupled to a pressurized container is fully installed into a nose piece of an actuator for actuating the valve.
LOW COST SOLENOID VALVE
In at least some implementations, a solenoid valve includes a housing, a bobbin and an armature. The bobbin is received at least partially within the housing and has a body about which a coil is provided. A fluid flow path including an inlet and an outlet and a valve seat is defined by at least one of the housing or the bobbin, and the armature is moveable relative to the valve seat to control flow through the fluid flow path.
Magnetic valve with a one piece housing
A magnetic valve (1) in which a valve housing (2), an armature tube (3), an inlet connection (4) and an outlet connection (5) form a single valve part is provided. An armature (9) made from a soft magnetic material is arranged movably inside the armature tube (3). A coil (16) is arranged externally to the armature tube (3) in such a manner that the armature tube (3) and the armature (9) are arranged inside the windings of the coil (16). A valve closing element (10) is connected to the armature (9) and is movable between a position in which it abuts a valve seat (8) and positions in which it does not abut the valve seat 8, thereby closing and opening the valve (1). In one embodiment, the flow path through the valve (1) from the inlet opening (6) to the outlet opening (7) does not pass through the windings of the coil (16). In another embodiment, the armature tube (3) comprises a closed end part (3a).
Component for a magnetic actuator as well as a method for its manufacture
A single-piece component for a magnetic actuator, in particular for fuel injection, including an internal pole, a magnetic sleeve, and a non-magnetic separating sleeve, the internal pole, the magnetic sleeve and the separating sleeve being integrated into the single-piece component. A method for manufacturing a single-piece component for an magnetic actuator with the aid of a two-component powder injection molding method.
SOLENOID VALVE DEVICE
A solenoid valve device may include a solenoid unit including a rod pin movable; a cylindrical core arranged around the rod pin; a bobbin covering a side surface of the cylindrical core; a coil wound around the bobbin; and a case having a bottom and being cylindrical, having an opening portion at one axial end, and arranged to accommodate the rod pin, the cylindrical core, the bobbin, and the coil; and a nozzle unit. The nozzle unit may include a nozzle having a pin receiving portion and a port opening portion; a first port and a second port; a valve body arranged in the nozzle; and a first metal member fixed to an end portion of the nozzle. The solenoid unit may include a positioning contact portion; and the case may include a fixing portion to fix the first metal member between the positioning contact portion and the fixing portion.
Low cost solenoid valve

A fluid flow path including an inlet and an outlet and a valve seat is defined by at least one of the housing or the bobbin, and the armature is moveable relative to the valve seat to control flow through the fluid flow path.
Product dispensing system
A flow sensor includes a fluid chamber configured to receive a fluid. A diaphragm assembly is configured to be displaced whenever the fluid within the fluid chamber is displaced. A transducer assembly is configured to monitor the displacement of the diaphragm assembly and generate a signal based, at least in part, upon the quantity of fluid displaced within the fluid chamber.
