Service valve for a valve body

A service valve for a valve body includes a base rotatable between an open orientation and a closed orientation relative to the valve body. When the base is in the open orientation, the service valve allows fluid flow into the valve body through the service valve. When the base is in the closed orientation, the service valve blocks the fluid flow into the valve body through the service valve. The service valve further includes a tab extending from the base. The tab prevents removal of a cover from the valve body when the base is in the open orientation.

Sensor for connection detection and actuator including same

There is disclosed a mechanism for detecting that a valve coupled to a pressurized container is fully installed into a nose piece of an actuator for actuating the valve.

A faucet with a quickly replaceable valve cartridge may include a faucet body, a valve cartridge base and a locating unit. The valve cartridge base is configured to provide an accommodating space for a valve cartridge, and the faucet body has a first chamber to receive the valve cartridge base, and the locating unit is configured to secure the valve cartridge base inside of the faucet body. When the valve cartridge of the faucet needs to be cleaned or replaced, by disengaging the locating unit from the faucet body, the valve cartridge base can be moved from the first chamber. Furthermore, the user can readily take out the valve cartridge from the valve cartridge base after disengaging an engaging ring from the valve cartridge base thereby achieving the quickly replaceable effect of the faucet valve cartridge.

Cage Valve with Flow Trim for Reduced Port Erosion

A valve, and tubular cage component for a valve, in which the tubular cage is formed such that at least a ported portion between the ends of the cage includes a tubular outer cage member formed from a metal material, and a tubular inner cage member formed from a wear resistant material. The inner cage member and the outer cage member are concentrically aligned and have a length to span at least the ported portion. Some or all of the flow ports in the ported portion include a port insert which includes a port sleeve formed from a wear resistant material such that the port sleeve extends at least over the metal material of the outer cage member at the flow port.
