Fluid distribution apparatus and fluid distribution module with choke
A fluid distribution apparatus and a fluid distribution module with choke are provided. The fluid distribution apparatus includes a first fluid conveying pipe, a second fluid conveying pipe, multiple fluid manifolds located between the first fluid conveying pipe and the second fluid conveying pipe and connected with the first fluid conveying pipe and the second fluid conveying pipe, an inlet disposed on a side of the first fluid conveying pipe and between both ends of the first fluid conveying pipe; and an outlet disposed on a side of the second fluid conveying pipe and set corresponding to a position where the inlet is set. The fluid is supplied from the inlet to the first fluid conveying pipe, and the fluid is conveyed to the fluid manifolds along the first fluid conveying pipe, and flows into the second fluid conveying pipe through the fluid manifolds and flows out from the outlet.
Thermally controlled active flow control system
A method and apparatus are presented. An active flow control system comprises a flow control valve, a manifold, and a temperature control system. The flow control valve is configured to control a flow of air into the manifold. The manifold is operatively connected to a number of actuators. The temperature control system is configured to heat at least a portion of the flow of air.
COOLANT DE-AERATION RESERVOIR
A de-aeration reservoir for a vehicle includes an inlet and an outlet., and a receptacle configured to receive a filter therein, the receptacle downstream from the inlet. The de-aeration reservoir further includes a plurality of chambers formed in the reservoir downstream from the receptacle, and a de-aeration opening formed in the receptacle and fluidly connecting the receptacle to an inlet chamber of the plurality of chambers.
FLUID DISTRIBUTOR UNIT
A fluid distributor unit comprising a channel system where one or more inlet channels (2) starting on an inlet side (3) of the distributor unit branch out successively into several channels (6) ending on the other side of the distributor unit, called the outlet side (4), characterised in that said distributor unit is provided in one single body (1) by free form fabrication.
Variable conductance gas distribution apparatus and method
Variable conductance gas distribution systems, reactors and systems including the variable conductance gas distribution systems, and methods of using the variable conductance gas distribution systems, reactors, and systems are disclosed. The variable conductance gas distribution systems allow rapid manipulation of gas-flow conductance through the gas distribution system.
FLUIDIC CONTROL VALVE WITH SMALL DISPLACEMENT ACTUATORS
A fluidic control valve configured to control a flow of fluid through a conduit includes a piezostack actuator, a seal plate having a sealing face, an orifice plate including a plurality of orifices, and a suspension connected to the seal plate. The piezostack actuator is configured to displace the seal plate along a longitudinal axis of the conduit between a closed position, in which the sealing face engages the orifice plate, seals the orifices of the orifice plate and closes the valve, and an open position, in which the seal plate is displaced from the orifice plate to open the valve. The suspension is configured to flex and adjust an orientation of the sealing face relative to the orifice plate during movement of the seal plate from the open position to the closed position.
Fuel injection valve
A fuel injection valve according to the present invention has an expanded portion formed in a first injection-hole plate on an upstream side, thereby allowing positional misalignment between injection-hole portions. As a result, a radial dimension between an inner diameter-side circumferential edge of an upstream-side injection hole outlet portion and an inner diameter-side circumferential edge of a downstream-side injection hole inlet portion is not required. Thus, a plate thickness of a second injection-hole plate on a downstream side can be kept to minimum. As a result, weldability between an injection-hole plate body and a valve seat is improved.
Fluidic control valve with small displacement actuators
A fluidic control valve includes a piezostack actuator, a seal plate, and an orifice plate including a plurality of orifices. The piezostack actuator is configured to move the seal plate along a longitudinal axis between a closed position, in which the seal plate seals the orifices of the orifice plate and closes the valve, and an open position, in which the seal plate is displaced from the orifice plate to open the valve.
Branching device for a pulsation attenuation network
A pulsation attenuation network branching device or transition apparatus for controlling pulsation of a fluid in a piping system includes at least one large flow channel, at least two small flow channels, and at least one divider that transitions the large flow channel into the small flow channels internally. Fluid can flow through the device in either direction. One embodiment of the branching device can include a main inlet and a main outlet, an internal attenuating conduit, a branching outlet, and a branching inlet, a first divider for dividing the fluid flow from the main inlet into the internal attenuating conduit and the branching outlet, and a second divider for joining the fluid flowing from the branching inlet and the internal attenuating conduit into the main outlet. Another embodiment can include a main inlet, three branching outlets, and two dividers for transitioning the main inlet into the three branching outlets.
Flow controlled liner having spatially distributed gas passages
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a liner assembly including a plurality of individually separated gas passages. The liner assembly enables tenability of flow parameters, such as velocity, density, direction and spatial location, across a substrate being processed. The processing gas across the substrate being processed may be specially tailored for individual processes with a liner assembly according to embodiment of the present disclosure.
