SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR REMOVING A BACKING FROM A PLY OF COMPOSITE MATERIAL
A system and method for removing a backing from a ply of composite material is disclosed. The system includes a roller having a roller axis and a roller surface that circumscribes the roller axis. The system also includes an adhesion feature disposed on the roller surface. The system further includes a roller drive to move the roller along a travel path that is perpendicular to the roller axis and to rotate the roller about the roller axis.
Removal tool for flooring planks
A decorative layer removal tool for flooring is configured with a removal shaft and either a drill attachment or handle to remove the decorative layer from a plank. The removal shaft includes a threaded end to attach to either the handle or drill attachment. The handle can be used when the user wishes to manually rotate the shaft and remove the decorative layer; the drill attachment can be used with a power drill for a motorized removal. The removal shaft includes a slit that extends from an unthreaded end to the threaded side. In typical implementations, the slit may not extend to the shaft's threads. At least a portion of the slit is used to receive the decorative surface layer from a plank, thereby enabling the decorative layer's removal.
Device for separating gummed paper and lining paper of double-sided tape
A device for separating a gummed paper and a lining paper of a double-sided tape is provided. In an example, the device includes a housing, a first rotating structure and a second rotating structure which are provided within the housing and a control part. A chamber for accommodating a double-sided tape coil is provided in the housing. The control part fits the chamber, and the double-sided tape coil is rotatable around the control part. The housing is provided with a sliding groove for accommodating the first rotating structure. When the first rotating structure abuts against the second rotating structure, the first rotating structure is positioned in a first limiting part of the sliding groove.
Film-Removing Device
A film-removing device, includes: a load-bearing platform including a load-bearing surface; a film-removing roller provided at one side close to the load-bearing surface of the load-bearing platform, a central axis of the film-removing roller being parallel to the load-bearing surface of the load-bearing platform; a rotation driver connected to the film-removing roller and configured to drive the film-removing roller to rotate around a central line parallel to the central axis of the film-removing roller, such that an edge of the film-removing roller close to the load-bearing surface moves within the load-bearing surface of the load-bearing platform.
Laminates, and Systems and Methods for Laminating
A frangible laminate includes first, second and third webs, and the second web is positioned between the first and third webs. The forming of the frangible laminate includes adhesively bonding a first plurality of sections of the second web to the first web, applying release material in order to inhibit at least some of any bonding between the first plurality of sections of the second web and the third web, and adhesively bonding a second plurality of sections of the second web to the third web. The frangible laminate is separated into a first laminate and a second laminate, so that the first laminate includes the first web and the first plurality of sections of the second web, and the second laminate includes the third web and the second plurality of sections of the second web.
FILM-UNCOVERING AND MATERIAL-FEEDING MECHANISM
A film-uncovering and material-feeding mechanism includes a food material box, a film-uncovering assembly, and a connection housing assembly configured to support the food material box and the film-uncovering assembly. The connection housing assembly is provided with a feed port. The food material box includes a box body movably connected to the connection housing assembly and configured to accommodate the food material and a seal film provided between the box body and the connection housing assembly and configured to seal the box body. The seal film is provided with a hitching opening. The film-uncovering assembly includes a film-uncovering rotation shaft and a drive device configured to drive the film-uncovering rotation shaft to rotate. The film-uncovering rotation shaft is provided with a hook configured to be hitched with the hitching opening to uncover the seal film via rotation and to drive the box body to move towards the feed port.
Feeder
A feeder includes a discharge guide member which is provided on a feeder main body to communicate with a tape discharging section and guides such that a carrier tape which is discharged from the tape discharging section heads downward, a peeling member which is provided on the feeder main body and peels a cover tape from the carrier tape before the carrier tape which is conveyed by a front side sprocket reaches the tape discharging section, and a contacting and positioning member which is provided on the feeder main body, causes the cover tape which covers the carrier tape which is conveyed by the front side sprocket to contact the peeling member, and positions the carrier tape from which the cover tape is peeled and which is discharged from the tape discharging section at a regular position inside the discharge guide member.
Equipment system using organic silicone resin photoconverter to bond-packaged LED by tandem rolling
An equipment system for bond-packaging an LED using an organic silicone resin photoconverter by tandem rolling includes a protective film removing apparatus used for removing a protective film on one side of a photoconversion sheet with protective films on both sides and a roll-bonding apparatus for packaging a flip chip LED array by using the photoconversion sheet containing a protective film on a single side, to form LED package elements. The protective film removing apparatus includes a photoconversion sheet freezing part (2-1, 2-2), a traction part for pulling and removing a protective film on a single side of the frozen photoconversion sheet, and a photoconversion sheet rewarming part (4-1, 4-2) that are sequentially connected and disposed. The roll-bonding apparatus includes two single-wheeled rollers (5-1, 5-2) whose rolling surfaces are both smooth surfaces. The present invention has a significant advantage of bond-packaging an LED by using a continuous rolling process, and can satisfy a requirement of a process for bond-package an LED using an organic silicone resin photoconverter, thereby improving the production efficiency and yield of LED packages in industrialized batch production.

Peeling bar for peeling polarizing film from panel, peeling apparatus and peeling method using the same
The present invention relates to a peeling bar, apparatus, and method for peeling a polarizing film from a panel. This invention can minimize friction between the peeling bar and the polarizing film since the peeled polarizing film is in contact with a main roller of the peeling bar. The radius of the main roller of the peeling bar and the inclined surface of the fixing unit are designed to minimize the Z-axis component of a shearing force applied to the polarizing film. Also, in order to equalize tension applied to the polarizing film in a peeling process, this invention makes both ends of the polarizing film closely adhere to the peeling bar. According to this invention, fracture of the polarizing film is prevented, and thereby the polarizing film can be stably peeled from the panel without fracture.
