The modular galley monument may include dividers partitioning the monument into a number of compartments. The monument may include an upper monument portion and a lower monument portion connected at a periphery via a seal allowing for vertical deflection between the first monument portion and the second monument portion of at least one inch while maintaining contact with both. The monument may include an integrated heating appliance for a compartment, including an insulation shell, a heated compartment positioned within the insulation shell, an electrical heating unit disposed within the insulation shell and configured to provide heat energy to the heated compartment. And a door assembly rotatably connected about an opening of the heated compartment.
Firearm associated electronic device with acceleration resistant latch
Firearm associated electronic devices are provided. In one aspect a firearm associated device has a housing having a holding area and an opening through which a removable component may be positioned in the holding area, a door movable relative to the housing and having a door latch that moves along a path as the door moves and a housing latch movable between a first latch position where the housing latch is not in the path to a second latch position where the housing latch blocks movement of the door latch from a first range of positions where the door prevents the removable component from passing through the opening to a second range of positions where the door does not prevent the removable component from passing through the opening. A housing latch biasing member biases the housing latch into the second latch position. When the door latch is in the first range of positions and the housing latch is in the second latch position the door latch is movable along the path but is blocked by the housing latch from passing to the second range of positions.
Door lock and upper cover type washing machine
A door lock comprises an electromagnet (410), a latch shaft (320), a crank device (430) and the like. The crank device (430) is connected with the latch shaft (320) and driven by the electromagnet (410) to transform the linear motion of the electromagnet (410) into the rotary motion of the latch shaft (320). When the electromagnet (410) pushes or pulls the crank device (430), a latch head (202) rotates around an axis so that it can move to a locked position or an unlocked position. The door lock (200) of the present invention can transform the linear motion of the electromagnet (410) into the rotary motion of the latch head (202), so that the latch head (202) can be conveniently installed on the lateral surface rather than at an end of the door lock (200). The door lock (200) can be advantageously installed in the middle gap of a front panel (102) along an edge of a control panel of the washing machine (100) to lock the upper cover (101) from the middle part.
Domestic electrical appliance, in particular a dishwashing machine
A domestic electrical appliance, in particular a dishwashing machine, includes a main appliance body having a product treatment chamber, a door mounted on the main appliance body so as to be pivotable about a horizontal pivot axis close to the floor for closing an access opening to the product treatment chamber and a locking device having a locking assembly arranged on the main appliance body and a closing pin arranged on the door. The locking assembly has a latch movable between a release position and a latching position where the latch engages behind the closing pin to hold the door closed and releases the closing pin to open the door. The latch performs a rotational movement along a horizontal plane as it moves between the release position and the latching position, the closing pin being oriented vertically when the door is closed.
Door latch for a domestic electrical appliance
A door latch for a domestic electrical appliance includes a latch assembly that includes a locking element arranged to be displaceable between an unlocking position and a locking position, and an arresting element which moves from its release position into the arresting position as the door is closed. The arresting element in the arresting position can be locked by means of the locking element against movement into the release position and in the locked state prevents the closed door from opening. The latch assembly further includes an electric switch which, when the door is closed, responds to a movement of the locking element from the unlocking position into the locking position, and a switch auxiliary control member which, as the door is closed, is urged by the closing body from an active position against a restoring spring force into an inactive position.
Upper mounting apparatus for retaining aircraft monuments
In an illustrative embodiment, an upper monument attachment system is provided for retaining aircraft monuments, the system including a first support, a second support, and a joiner connecting a first end of the first support and a first end of the second support, a stay having a first end pivotably connected to the joiner, a tie rod configured to connect the joiner to an attachment point of the aircraft, a first rail having a first base configured to connect to an upper surface of the monument and a first facing configured to connect to the first support and the second support, and a second rail having a second base configured to connect to the upper surface of the monument and a second facing configured to connect to a second end of the stay.
Vehicular closure latch assembly having double pawl latch mechanism
A door latch assembly equipped with a single ratchet-double pawl latching arrangement having a ratchet, a primary pawl and a secondary pawl. The primary pawl is configured to include a first or primary lug and a second or secondary lug, with each lug having a distinct profile to respectively provide an eccentric backout characteristic and a concentric backout characteristic in relation to the ratchet.
Aircraft monument floor mounting system
A system for mounting an aircraft monument partition to an aircraft cabin surface such as a floor may include a mounting structure fitted within and attached to a floor-abutting edge of the monument partition, the mounting structure including a mounting opening. A securement apparatus for securing the monument partition to cabin surface via the mounting structure may include a threaded fastener for extending through the mounting opening of the mounting structure and through a corresponding opening in a track mounted to the cabin surface, and a bridging washer for mating with the mounting opening; where, to secure the monument partition to the floor of the cabin area, the threaded fastener is provided through the mounting opening of the mounting structure and threaded to a mating fixture on a bottom side of the track.
OVERSLAM BUMPER FOR VEHICLE DOOR LATCH
A closure panel latch assembly can include an overslam bumper mechanism comprising a biasing element as a spring formed from a metallic material positioned relative to a slot of the latch assembly. The biasing element resists entry of a striker into the slot beyond a selected position in order to inhibit contact of the striker with a bottom end of the slot. Also provided is a closure panel latch assembly configured with the biasing element as a resilient element positioned relative to the slot of the latch assembly; The biasing element is coupled to the striker engagement member, such that the striker engagement member is positioned to engage the striker and resist travel of the striker towards the bottom end, wherein the biasing element controls the resistance to movement of the striker engagement member by the striker.
Latch with closure device for a motor vehicle
The object of the invention is a motor vehicle latch (1), in particular an electrically actuated flap latch, demonstrating a locking mechanism (11) comprising a catch (10) and at least one pawl, a triggering lever (9), whereby by means of the triggering lever (9) the locking mechanism (11) can be unlocked, a closure device (8), whereby by means of the closure device (8) the locking mechanism (11) can be transferred at least from a pre-ratchet position into a main ratchet position and the closure device (8) demonstrates a spindle drive (4), whereby a functional position (N, O, Z) of the spindle drive (4) can be recorded by sensors, and whereby the spindle drive (4) demonstrates a spindle nut (5) and the spindle nut (5) interacts with an activation device (6) in such a way that using a sensor (7) at least a functional position (N, O, Z) of the spindle nut (5) can be detected.
