Golf club heads and methods of manufacturing golf club heads
A golf club head, and method of manufacturing said golf club head are described herein. The golf club head comprises a club face with a face portion, and grooves positioned on the club face. The grooves comprise a bottom, a first side wall adjacent the bottom, a second side wall adjacent the bottom, a first top radius adjacent the first side wall, and a second top radius adjacent the second side wall. The club face further comprises a second portion positioned between the face portion, and the first top radius and the second top radius. The second portion of the club face allows for the grooves to appear visually wider to a player, which can provide psychological effects to benefit performance, while still conforming to USGA groove widths standards.
DENTAL DEVICE MATERIAL PREPARATION
A method of preparing organic and natural material for making teeth and typical dental devices or appliances having sufficiently hard and durable chewing surfaces, obtained from sustainable resources.
METHOD FOR MONITORING A MILLING METHOD
A method is provided for monitoring a milling method for a milling machine provided with a milling tool comprising cutting teeth, the method including: determining measured values of a first parameter corresponding to a bending of the milling tool as a function of a second parameter corresponding to an angle of rotation of the milling tool in a rotating frame of reference of the milling tool and analyzing the measured values as a function of at least one monitoring criterion.
Hard drive data destroying device
Three systems for the destruction of the data storage portion of electronic media storage devices such as hard disk drives, solid state drives and hybrid hard drives. One system utilizes a mill cutter with which the hard drive has relative motion in the direction of the axis of the mill cutter to destroy the data storage portion. A second system utilizes a laser to physically destroy the data storage portion. The third system utilizes a chemical solvent to chemically destroy the data storage portion.
Golf club head with textured striking face
A golf club head includes a heel portion, a toe portion, a hosel, and a striking face. The striking face includes a plurality of scorelines each having an average depth no less than about 0.10 mm, a plurality of micro-grooves each having an average depth no greater than about 0.010 mm, and a plurality of textured surface treatment regions superimposed on the micro-grooves so as to at least partially intersect the micro-grooves.
Components of an electronic device and methods for their assembly
Various components of an electronic device housing and methods for their assembly are disclosed. The housing can be formed by assembling and connecting two or more different sections together. The sections of the housing may be coupled together using one or more coupling members. The coupling members may be formed using a two-shot molding process in which the first shot forms a structural portion of the coupling members, and the second shot forms cosmetic portions of the coupling members.
Methods, systems, and devices for designing and manufacturing flank millable components
Methods, systems, and devices for designing and manufacturing flank millable components. In one embodiment, devices, systems, and methods for designing a flank millable component are provided, in which a user is notified when a component geometry option is selected that will result in the component not being flank millable. In another embodiment, the user is prevented from selecting a geometry option that would result in the component not being flank millable. In yet another embodiment, devices, systems, and methods are provided for manufacturing a component with a flank milling process, in which optimized machine instructions are determined that minimize milling machine motion.

Movable fixture for milling rail heads and procedure for replacing cutting plates for such a fixture
A movable fixture for milling rail heads of slide rails arranged in a track bed includes: a rotating milling head mounted in a milling head drive mechanism supported by a chassis. The milling head has at least one cutting tooth comprising several cutting plates for milling the rail heads and a disc-shaped tool carrier connected to the milling head drive mechanism. The tool carrier includes cassettes assembled with cutting plates arranged around their periphery. The cassettes are arranged in several carrier segments connected to the tool carrier so they can be detached. The cassettes are arranged peripherally on the tool carrier with at least two assembled cutting plates, the cassettes being different with regard to at least one of: a number of cutting teeth; distances of the cutting teeth from each other; rake angle of the individual cutting plates; or inclination angle of the individual cutting plates.
