Object Burr Processing Machine
An object burr processing machine for trimming object burr, comprises a machine base, a positioning seat erected on the machine base, a processing arm provided on the positioning seat, an object stage coupled with the machine base for placing object, and control device. The control device comprises an object sensing unit, a processing path setting unit, and a process control unit. The object sensing unit is able to sense the shape of the object. The processing path setting unit is able to define a processing path based on the shape of the object. The process control unit communicates and links to the processing arm, the object stage, the object sensing unit, and the processing path setting unit. During the burr trimming process, the process control unit can use the established processing path to control other devices to conduct the burr trimming process to the object, which greatly increases the convenience and efficiency of the processing.
Device for machining revolving flats used in a textile carding machine
A device and a method are provided for machining running surfaces on head end pieces of revolving flats. The device has a base frame with a longitudinal axis and is provided with clamping devices for fixing the revolving flat at at least two points distributed on the longitudinal axis. The device comprises two chip-removal machining devices which are arranged outboard the clamping devices viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis. A sliding guide is provided for accommodating the clamping devices in the device.

The invention relates to a device for machining frames welded from profile pieces such as window or door frames made of plastic, said device comprising at least one machining head and machining tools which are mounted thereon and can be delivered to the relevant machining position on the frames. The machining head can be pivoted around an axis and has a positioning shaft which is mounted at an angle with respect to the pivot axis and on which the machining tools are mounted. The positioning shaft extends on both sides of the machining head with machining tools at both end regions of the positioning shaft.
