Foam wall structure
A foam wall structure includes a frame, at least one primary support member, a slab of polyiso board and a foam layer. The frame can include: a first member; a second member spaced apart from the first member; and two side members extending between the first and second members. The frame defining a front frame surface and an opposite rear frame surface. The at least one primary support member can be positioned between the two side members and extend between the first and second member. The primary support member defines a front support surface and an opposite rear support surface. The slab of polyiso board may be attached to the front frame surface. The foam layer can be received within at least a portion of the frame and overlies the front surface of the primary support member. A method of making a foam wall structure and a pre-fabricated wall is also disclosed.
Structural reinforcements
The present invention is predicated upon the provision of systems and methods for reinforcement of a structural member. More particularly, the present invention is predicated upon unique carrier configurations and application of reinforcing material thereto. In one configuration, the application of reinforcing material is achieved without the use of fasteners, adhesives, or both, for placement, locating and restrictive movement of the reinforcing material onto the carrier.

A heat-insulating housing (21) includes: a wall body; and an open-cell resin body (4) of thermosetting resin with which a heat-insulating space formed by the wall body is filled by integral foaming, the open-cell resin body including: a plurality of cells (47); a cell film portion (42); a cell skeleton portion (43); a first through-hole (44) formed so as to extend through the cell film portion; and a second through-hole (45) formed so as to extend through the cell skeleton portion, wherein the plurality of cells communicate with one another through the first through-hole and the second through-hole.
MOLDED PRODUCT
A molded product includes a body including a flat part and a projection protruding from the flat part, a design member including a design surface, and an adhesive member sticking the design member to the body. The adhesive member includes a buffer portion formed by cutting off a part of the adhesive member at a position corresponding at least to the projection. Thus, the adhesive member negates differences in level on the body, allowing the design surface to be smooth.
Expanded foam-filled building panel
A manufactured building panel having a building panel frame that defines a cavity and having an injection aperture in fluid communication with the cavity, and an expanded foam disposed within and filling the cavity. A fabric covers and is bonded to a front surface and a rear surface of the frame to enclose the cavity. The expanded foam is formed by injecting an expandable polymer through the injection aperture and into the cavity, which expands to fill the cavity and permeate the fabric, and to cure to form the expanded foam that bonds to the frame and the fabric.
Heat-insulating wall, and heat-insulating housing and method for producing the same

Fastener system for a thermal protection system
A thermal protection system comprises a ceramic panel, a plurality of apertures, and a fastener system within each of the plurality of apertures. The ceramic panel has a plurality of attachment points to a structure. The plurality of apertures extends through the ceramic panel, each aperture of the plurality of apertures located at an attachment point of the plurality of attachment points. Each fastener system comprises a fastener having a head with a spherical underside and a ceramic bushing with a mating surface configured to mate with the spherical underside of the head of the fastener.
