Car internet sheet using hygiene product and manufacturing method thereof
Disclosed are a car interior sheet manufactured by using a defective product (defective hygiene product) among hygiene products such as tissues or diapers including wet-strength paper made of pulp including plastic or super absorbent polymer (SAP). The car interior sheet is manufactured by attaching surface layers such as a nonwoven fabric to both surfaces of a base layer thereof including 30-50 weight % of a pulverized material, 5-15 weight % of additives, and 30-50 weight % of thermoplastic resin. The car interior sheet represents a low manufacturing cost, and does not generate environmental hazardous materials. The car interior sheet represents superior impact resistance at high and low temperatures, has a superior moisture absorption rate due to the SAP, so that the car interior sheet is rapidly dried after the moisture has been absorbed.

Laminate body, gas barrier film, and method of manufacturing the same
A laminate body includes a base material, a film-like or a membrane-like undercoat layer that is formed in at least a portion of the outer surface of the base material, and an atomic layer deposition film that is formed on a surface opposite to a surface coming into contact with the base material among both surfaces of the undercoat layer in the thickness direction thereof. At least a portion of precursors of the atomic layer deposition film bind to the undercoat layer, and the atomic layer deposition film is formed into a membrane shape covering the undercoat layer.
Backing layers for floor coverings
The present invention relates to a backing film for a resilient floor covering comprising (a) a first layer and (b) a second layer, wherein the first layer contains a first filler in an amount of from 10 to 80% by weight and the second layer contains a second filler in an amount of from 10 to 80% by weight and wherein the first filler is a platelet type filler.
GAS BARRIER FILM AND GAS BARRIER LAMINATE
A gas barrier film according to the present invention includes: a resin film substrate; a first layer made of an aqueous coating agent (C) that contains a water soluble polymer (A) and an inorganic layered mineral (B); and a second layer made of a coating agent (D) that contains titanium oxide, the first layer and the second layer being disposed in this order on at least one surface of the resin film substrate.
Light roofing system
A light roofing system is formed of a substrate layer and a waterproof surface layer. The waterproof surface layer comprises a functional coating layer made of functional paint and a waterproof layer made of waterproof paint, the functional paint comprises a base material and functional materials, and the functional materials comprise an inorganic flaky material, an inorganic high-rigidity wear-resistant material, and polymer powder with good toughness. The addition amount of the inorganic flaky material accounts for 1% to 8% of the total weight of the functional paint, the addition amount of the inorganic high-rigidity wear-resistant material accounts for 2% to 15% of the total weight of the functional paint, and the addition amount of the polymer powder with good toughness accounts for 1% to 8% of the total weight of the functional paint.
Sag resistant, formaldehyde-free coated fibrous substrate
The present invention relates to an improved formaldehyde-free coated fibrous substrate. The coating includes a crosslinked binder system which forms three dimensional networks when heat cured. After the coating is applied to the back of fibrous substrate and cured, the coating is capable of hygroscopic expansion which imparts excellent anti-sag properties. The coating is compatible with other coating systems with neutral or mild alkaline pH. The improvement being the binding system is neutralized with a volatile base so that it evaporates quickly so as not to hinder the cross-linking reaction.
