The invention discloses a high performance plastic magnetic material, comprising a low surface energy layer, a magnetic layer and a printable layer, wherein the magnetic layer and the printable layer are arranged successively on a first side of the low surface energy layer; the low surface energy layer is an organic silicon pressure sensitive adhesive layer. The invention further discloses a preparation method, comprising the following steps: pretreating a magnetic powder with a coupling agent; mixing the pretreated magnetic powder with matrix components and auxiliaries to gain a mixture; extrusion compositing the gained mixture with a printable layer to gain composite paper having the printable layer and a magnetic layer; and applying a low surface energy layer on a side of the magnetic layer, opposite the printable layer. As no UV layer and no adhesive residue, the material of the invention is environmentally friendly and highly reliable.

DOUBLE-SIDED ADHESIVE LAYER-EQUIPPED OPTICAL LAMINATE

There is provided an optical laminate with pressure-sensitive adhesive layers on both surfaces, which is suppressed damage from occurring to a low-refractive index layer in vacuum lamination while maintaining excellent characteristics of the low-refractive index layer. An optical laminate with pressure-sensitive adhesive layers on both surfaces according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a substrate; a low-retractive index layer formed on the substrate; a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer arranged so as to be adjacent to the low-refractive index layer; and a second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer serving as one outermost layer. The low-refractive index layer has a porosity of 50% or more, the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer has a storage modulus of elasticity of from 1.3×10.sup.5 (Pa) to 1.0×10.sup.7 (Pa), and the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer has a storage modulus of elasticity of 1.0×10.sup.5 (Pa) or less.

LAMINATE, SURFACE-PROTECTED ARTICLE, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LAMINATE

The invention of the present application is a laminate in which thermoplastic polyurethane is used, excellent antifouling and adhesion properties are obtained, and glue residue is minimized. The laminate is provided with a substrate film formed from thermoplastic polyurethane, and an adhesive layer formed on one surface side of the substrate film. The substrate film has a surface layer on the opposite side of the first surface, a mixture of the thermoplastic polyurethane and a curable resin composition being present in the surface layer. The content ratio of the curable resin composition is configured so as to gradually decrease from the surface of the surface layer towards the interior of the substrate film. The curable resin composition contains at least one fluorine compound selected from the group consisting of fluorosilsesquioxane and fluorosilsesquioxane polymers, and a curable resin. The adhesive layer has a surface roughness of 350-750 nm.

TRANSFER SHEET AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING SAME

A soil-resistant transfer sheet which includes, in the following order, a substrate sheet (a), a soil-resistant layer (b), a coating layer (c), and optionally an adhesive layer (d), wherein a surface of the soil-resistant layer, which reveals after the substrate sheet (a) is removed, has a contact angle with water of 100° or larger and a contact angle with hexadecane of 40° or larger; a process for producing a molded resin by in-mold labeling using the transfer sheet. The soil-resistant layer (b) is a layer obtained from a soil-resistant composition, and the coating layer (c) is a layer obtained from a polymerizable coating composition. The soil-resistant composition especially preferably is a perfluoropolyether urethane acrylate composition. Also disclosed is a process for producing the soil-resistant transfer sheet.

A pressure sensitive adhesive sheet for batteries that includes a base material and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer provided on one surface side of the base material and containing inorganic fine particles. When D50 and D90 are defined as a volume-based accumulated 50% particle diameter of the inorganic fine particles and a volume-based accumulated 90% particle diameter of the inorganic fine particles, respectively, in a particle size distribution of the inorganic fine particles in the pressure sensitive adhesive layer, the D50 is 0.5 μm or more and 2.8 μm or less, and the ratio of the D90 to the D50 (D90/D50) is 1.3 or more and 2.0 or less. The particle size distribution is measured by image analysis on a surface of the pressure sensitive adhesive layer opposite to the base material.

Semi-IPN polyurethane/polyurea protective films

Briefly, the present disclosure provides a film, tape or outer layer of a composite part comprising: a) at least one layer comprising a crosslinked polymer selected from the group consisting of crosslinked polyurethane, crosslinked polyurea, and crosslinked mixed polyurethane/polyurea polymer; and in some embodiments b) an adhesive layer. In some embodiments the layer additionally comprises a non-crosslinked polymer forming a semi-IPN with the crosslinked polymer. In some embodiments the non-crosslinked polymer may be selected from the group consisting of polyurethane, polyurea, and mixed polyurethane/polyurea polymer. In some embodiments the crosslinked polymer may additionally comprise an acrylate-containing component.
