ENERGY-SAVING SEAWATER DESALINATION DEVICE USING POWER GENERATED IN COMPLEMENTARY COOPERATION OF WIND ENERGY AND LIGHT ENERGY, AND CONTROL METHOD
An energy-saving seawater desalination device using power generated in complementary cooperation of wind energy and light energy, and a control method are provided. The device comprises an electrical control cabinet, a photovoltaic power generation component, a wind power generation component, an energy storage device, an electric heater, etc. The present invention supplies power for power loads of a seawater desalination system through solar power generation and wind power generation in a grid-connected system, and cooperates with the traditional power grid to maximize and localize the utilization of new energy power and reduce the waste of resources. In an off-grid system, the photovoltaic power generation component and the wind power generation component convert redundant power into other forms of energy resources for energy storage through a battery or an electric heater under the condition that the generating capacity is enough. When the generating capacity is not enough, the loads are allocated to avoid the waste of energy as much as possible.

A water purification device is disposed inside the housing in a single flow path connectable to a suction hose and an outflow hose. The drive means of the water purification device is a plurality of drive pumps which are electrically connected to the battery by respective conductive cables. The photovoltaic power generation device is a solar panel wound around a rotation shaft inside the housing. Barnacle Suppression Module
A module for preventing barnacle formation in a marine air-conditioning system. The module comprises: i) a housing; ii) a source of irradiating light disposed in the housing, the irradiating light suitable for killing or stunning barnacle larvae; iii) a circuit assembly disposed in the housing and configured to receive electrical power from an external power supply and to provide electrical power to the source of irradiating light; and iv) a transparent window disposed in the housing to permit the irradiating light to pass therethrough. The housing is adapted to be coupled to a water filter supplying raw water to the marine air-conditioning system such that the irradiating light is transmitted into the raw water in the water filter.
Hydraulic geofracture energy storage system with desalination
Energy may be stored by injecting fluid into a fracture in the earth and producing the fluid back while recovering power and/or desalinating water. The method may be particularly adapted to storage of large amounts of energy such as in grid-scale electric energy systems. The fracture may be formed and treated with resin so as to limit fluid loss and to increase propagation pressure. The fluid may be water containing a dissolved salt or fresh water and a portion or all of the water may be desalinated using pressure in the water when it is produced.
INTEGRATED SYSTEM FOR GENERATING, STORING AND DISPENSING CLEAN ENERGY AND DESALINATING WATER
Embodiments of this invention provide an integrated system for clean energy generation and storage and RO desalination. The integrated system includes a first subsystem that stores hydraulic energy. The integrated system further includes a second subsystem that desalinates water. The integration system also includes a penstock that facilitates flow of the water between the first subsystem and the second subsystem. The integrated subsystem may also incorporate solar and/or wind power generation plants as a power source for the integrated system.
INTEGRATED SYSTEM FOR SUPPLYING CLEAN WATER AND CLEAN ENERGY TO THE MINING INDUSTRY
Embodiments of this invention provide an integrated system for processing ore feedstock and RO treatment utilizing the principals of pumped storage hydroelectric technology including the use of an upper reservoir and lower reservoir. The integrated system includes a first subsystem that generates waste associated with processing the ore feedstock. In the integrated system, the waste includes the treatment of contaminated water. The integrated system further includes a second subsystem that treats the contaminated water included in the waste to generate recycled water and transmits the recycled water to the first subsystem. The integrated subsystem may also incorporate solar and/or wind power generation plants as a power source for the integrated system.
Water harvester and purification system
An optimized system creates potable water from water vapor in the atmosphere, or purifies salt water or contaminated water. The system employs a condenser having multiple metal condensation surfaces. These condensation surfaces are cooled by coolant passing through conduits attached to the condensation surfaces. The coolant is cooled by a cooling unit. Power is supplied to the cooling unit by solar photovoltaic panels, or wind turbines, or the electric grid. The system can be mobile or fixed and can produce potable water at remote locations. The system may employ an evaporator which evaporates non-potable water into an air stream. The evaporator includes a solar or gas heater which increases the temperature of the air. Metals may be extracted from the salt water. If sewage is used, solid organic waste may be processed into combustible gas which is burned by an engine running a generator to power that system.

The heat storage apparatus is provided in a lower portion and configured. The inner tube portion has an inner vent portion inside and disposed vertically over the heat storage apparatus. The hot-air and vapor generator is disposed between the heat storage apparatus and the inner tube portion. The venting holes are bored through the inner tube portion obliquely outwards. The corrugated tube portion is provided on a top portion of the outer tube portion. The updraft wind power generator and the artificial hydro power generator are installed in the lower portions of the inner vent portion and the outer vent portion, respectively.
Osmosis energy storage & restoration system and indirect solar powerplant
Natural water evaporation is a buffered process with huge energy absorption from solar & its derivative wind energy. When large surface shallow pool filled with aqueous solution is exposed under sky, the most portion of natural energy will be spent for pulling water out of water molecules cluster, yet there is still some energy for splitting water from solutes, then the concentration increases, in turn, despite the main former energy is sacrificed, but the stronger solution can redeem most the latter energy during a process of Pressure Retarded Osmosis (PRO), via membranes separating solution & available water in situ, then the redeemed energy serves as utilizable power output, with the assistance of key units or components: the osmotic to hydraulic pressure transformer, the hydraulic oil current rectification fluidic circuit & a hydraulic motor. With minor adaptation, same mechanism can also be embodied as: mobile osmosis engine, osmosis vehicle battery, yard synergy-osmosis power system, Grid electricity and miscellaneous renewable energy to osmosis energy storage, even desert to oasis remediation with seawater intake solar-via-osmosis powerplant & parasitic freshwater factory.

A desalination system includes a vertical column with a lower end submerged into a body of liquid to be treated. The column has a dark-colored outer surface able to absorb electromagnetic energy, and at least one vacuum compressor is connected to provide a vacuum pressure in the vertical column such that the liquid is drawn into the vertical column through openings in the vertical column. A condensing dome has a main shell and that receives vapor of the liquid in the vertical column via a vapor port joining the vertical column and the condensing dome.
