DISPOSABLE SMOKE ROASTING DEVICE
One or more implementations of the present disclosure relate to a reusable or disposable outdoor wood or charcoal-fired cooking device. In at least some implementations, embodiments of the present disclosure include one or more of a cooking vessel, a fuel cartridge of combustible fuel (e.g., wood, charcoal) that is positionable within the cooking device, and a control device that includes or controls the operation of a fan, which in turn precisely controls the combustion of the fuel and the conditions within the cooking vessel. The fan may be operative to push or pull air through the fuel cartridge. When the fan is turned off or at low speed, the combustion gases from the fuel cartridge may be vented directly to the ambient environment without passing through the cooking vessel. The cooking vessel and fuel cartridge may be made from materials that are disposable, and ideally recyclable and/or compostable.
Pellet grills
Pellet grills and associated methods of operation are disclosed. An example pellet grill includes an ignitor configured to be activated. The ignitor has a duty cycle associated with a number of activations of the ignitor. The example pellet grill further includes one or more processors configured to determine whether the duty cycle has violated a threshold. The one or more processors are further configured, in response to determining that the duty cycle has violated the threshold, to generate a notification indicating that the threshold has been violated. The one or more processors are further configured to cause the notification to be presented at a user interface of the pellet grill.
Grill assembly for cooker
A grill assembly includes first and second grills between which items to be cooked can be clamped. The grill assembly can be placed above the firebox of a kamado-style ceramic charcoal barbecue cooker. While in place within the cooker, the grill assembly can be rotated at least 180 degrees to allow both side of the items to be grilled direct access to the heat from the fire box of the cooker. The grill assembly can be rotated 360 degrees in either direction.
Extendable Barbecue
The invention is directed to a disposable or reusable barbecue (202) comprising a tray (204) forming a cavity for containing a fuel unit (205) like charcoal, a cooking grate (208) and a stand (206) for operatively holding the tray (204) and the cooking grate (208; 308) relative to each other; wherein the tray (204) is rectangular and comprises two parallel lateral shoulder edges (216); and the stand (206) comprises lower support surfaces (206.3) for said lateral shoulder edges (216), the support surfaces being configured for allowing the tray to be slid along said surfaces, and upper support surfaces (206.6) for the cooking grate (208)
Pellet grills
Pellet grills and associated methods of operation are disclosed. An example pellet grill includes a one or more processors configured to detect an improper shutdown of a control system of the pellet grill. The one or more processors are further configured to generate a notification in response to the control system regaining power following detection of the improper shutdown, the notification indicating that the control system was improperly shutdown. The one or more processors are further configured to cause the notification to be presented at a user interface of the pellet grill.
Self-cleaning grilling devices
A self-cleaning solid fuel grilling device comprises a grilling cavity and a firepot disposed within the grilling cavity. In addition, the embodiment includes an evacuation cavity disposed beneath the firepot. The evacuation cavity is in communication with the grilling cavity.
HOME AND INDUSTRIAL PELLET BURNING SYSTEM
The present disclosure relates to a non-electric, multifunctional, configurable pellet-burning system for domestic and industrial use, which has a removable burner and an inclined hot gas outlet duct that connects said burner of the system with a heat accumulator tank that operates as a second combustion chamber and as a particle filter.
Pellet grills
Pellet grills and associated methods of operation are disclosed. An example pellet grill includes a main body defining a cooking chamber. The example pellet grill further includes a grease deflection bar assembly located within the main body. the grease deflection bar assembly includes a first rack removably positioned on first tabs of the main body, a second rack removably positioned on second tabs of the main body, and a grease deflection bar extending between and removably positioned on the first and second racks.
Barbecue grill apparatus
A barbecue grill apparatus includes a first folding plate, a second folding plate, a rotating connector and a first heater. The first folding plate has a first top part, a first middle part and a first bottom part. The second folding plate has a second top part, a second middle part and a second bottom part. The rotating connector connects the first bottom part and the second bottom part for the first folding plate and the second folding plate to rotate along the rotating connector to spread with a first angle to be an open mode and to rotate along the rotating connector to collapse with a second angle to a close mode. In the open mode, a grill bracket is placed between the first folding plate and the second folding plate. The first heater placed in the first middle part to emit heat toward the grill bracket.
GRILL WITH COLD SMOKE GRILLING MODES
A grilling device includes an auger feeder system, a heating element, a blower and a temperature control system. The temperature control system includes at least a first temperature sensor inside the firepot and a second temperature sensor inside a cooking chamber above the firepot. The heating element can also serve as the first temperature sensor. A method for controlling the temperature of the grill can include receiving temperature feedback information from one or more of the temperature sensors and adjusting power provided to the auger feeder system, heating element, and blower. The temperature control system produces cold smoke resulting from the combustion of lignin in solid wood fuel while minimizing temperatures inside the cooking chamber.
