Alternatively, the frame may include the magnet that is magnetically attachable to a magnetic material embedded in the securement mechanism. The minimalist wallet is configured to retain receipts, coupons, credit cards, debit cards, and/or paper money, among others.

The wallet may further include radiofrequency identification (RFID) shields to protect RFID enabled cards from electronic theft.
