TERT immunogenic compositions and methods of treatment using the same

Disclosed herein are compositions comprising optimized consensus TERT antigens and methods for treating cancer and in particular immunogenic compositions that treat and provide protection against tumor.

COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS FOR ADOPTIVE CELL THERAPY

Provided herein are compositions and methods for adoptive cell therapy comprising engineered immune cells that express an antigen-targeted chimeric antigen receptor and a prodrug converting enzyme for the treatment of inflammation, inflammatory diseases, or pathogenic infections.

IDENTIFICATION OF HLA-RESTRICTED PRAME PEPTIDE EPITOPES, PRAME-SPECIFIC T CELLS SUITABLE FOR "OFF-THE-SHELF" TREATMENT OF CANCER EXPRESSING PRAME

The invention pertains to a method for treating a cancer which expresses PRAME using T cells which recognize specific peptide epitopes of PRAME, to a method for producing T cells that target cancer cells expressing PRAME, the peptide epitopes of PRAME themselves and to compositions and methods of treatment using these peptides.

PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION CONTAINING A STABILISED mRNA OPTIMISED FOR TRANSLATION IN ITS CODING REGIONS
20230181765 · 2023-06-15 · ·

The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a modified mRNA that is stabilised by sequence modifications and optimised for translation. The pharmaceutical composition according to the invention is particularly well suited for use as an inoculating agent, as well as a therapeutic agent for tissue regeneration. In addition, a process is described for determining sequence modifications that promote stabilisation and translational efficiency of modified mRNA of the invention.

VACCINE COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF

A method of treating a metastatic lesion that presents a peptide containing SLLQHLIGL (SEQ ID NO: 310) on a cell surface, including selecting a patient having a metastatic lesion and administering to the patient a composition containing recombinant T lymphocytes or activated T lymphocytes that express a T cell receptor, or a functional fragment thereof, that is reactive with, or binds to, an MHC ligand containing SLLQHLIGL (SEQ ID NO: 310).

UNIVERSAL DONOR CHECKPOINT INHIBITOR SILENCED/GENE EDITED CORD BLOOD KILLER CELLS
20170304418 · 2017-10-26 ·

Disclosed are compositions of matters, cells, and treatment protocols useful for induction of anticancer responses in a patient suffering from cancer. In one embodiment the invention provides the use of NR2F6 silencing or gene editing in cord blood cells possessing anti-tumor activity in order to induce potentiated killer cells suitable for therapeutic use. In one embodiment said allogeneic cord blood killer cells are administered to initiate a cascade of antitumor immune responses, with initially responses mediated by allogeneic killer cells, and followed by endogenous immune responses.

Peptide vaccines

The disclosure relates to polypeptides and pharmaceutical compositions comprising polypeptides that find use in the prevention or treatment of cancer, in particular gastric cancer, lung cancer, melanoma and bladder cancer. The disclosure also relates to methods of inducing a cytotoxic T cell response in a subject or treating cancer by administering pharmaceutical compositions comprising the peptides, and companion diagnostic methods of identifying subjects for treatment. The peptides comprise T cell epitopes that are immunogenic in a high percentage of patients.

BIPARTITE AND TRIPARTITE SIGNALING IMMUNE CELLS

Embodiments of the disclosure include compositions and methods effective for immunotherapy, such as for cancer. The embodiments include cells that recognize a combination of two signals or three signals present at the tumor microenvironment. In certain embodiments, the signals for antigen stimulation, co-stimulation, and cytokine signaling act through separate molecules, although in certain embodiments the signals for antigen stimulation and co-stimulation are transmitted through the same molecule.

T cell receptors

The present invention relates to T cell receptors (TCRs) that bind the HLA-A*02 restricted peptide SLLQHLIGL (SEQ ID NO: 1) derived from the germline cancer antigen PRAME. Said TCRs may comprise non-natural mutations within the alpha and/or beta variable domains relative to a native PRAME TCR. The TCRs of the invention are particularly suitable for use as novel immunotherapeutic reagents for the treatment of malignant disease.
