A case structure of a power equipment unit which contains an power equipment mounted in a vehicle includes: a case body which contains the power equipment and an upper portion of which is open; a lid member which covers the upper portion of the ease body; and a cover member which is attached to the lid member and which covers at least an opening part formed in the lid member, wherein: an intake port for taking in air from outside is formed in the cover member; a space part is formed between the cover member and the lid member; the opening part of the lid member is surrounded by a circumferential wall having a cylindrical shape; and a drain passage communicating with a drain port is connected with an outer circumference of the circumferential wall.
Control system for hybrid vehicle
A control system for a hybrid vehicle to start an engine without causing a torque drop is provided. A combined planetary gear unit is configured in such a manner that an input element connected to the engine and an output element are situated between a reaction element connected to a first motor and a fixed element connected to a brake in a nomographic diagram. The first motor is selectively connected to the engine by a clutch. A controller is configured to start the engine by the first motor while engaging the brake to restrict rotation of the fixed element and engaging the clutch.
HYBRID VEHICLE DRIVING SYSTEM
A hybrid vehicle driving system includes: a generator; a motor; a case which accommodates the generator and the motor; and a power control unit for controlling the generator and the motor, the generator and the motor being disposed side by side on a same axis within the case. The power control unit is mounted on the case by connecting a unit-side generator connector and a unit-side motor connector which are provided on a bottom surface of the power control unit with a case-side generator connector and a case-side motor connector which are disposed on the case, directly and respectively. The case is fixed to a vehicle framework member via a mount member, and a fixing point where the case and the mount member are fixed together is disposed near the case-side generator connector and the case-side motor connector.

A protective frame structure includes: a lower frame; an intermediate frame that is interlinked with the lower frame and is situated above the lower frame; and an upper frame that is interlinked with the intermediate frame and is situated abobe the intermediate frame, wherein a mounting space in which a battery module is configured to be mounted is formed between the lower frame and the intermediate frame, an upper space is formed between the intermediate frame and the upper frame, and the intermediate frame is deformed upward when an external load has been applied to the protective frame structure.

Power from an engine of a hybrid vehicle is input to an input shaft (302) of a power split device. A one-way clutch (500) and the power split device are housed in a housing (600). A cover member (700) is provided inside the housing (600). The one-way clutch (500) includes an outer race (510), an inner race (520), and a sprag (530). The outer race (510) is spline-engaged to a protruding portion (701) of the cover member (700). The inner race (520) is spline-engaged to the input shaft (302), and is rotatably supported by the protruding portion (702) of the cover member (700) via a bushing (522). The input shaft (302) is rotatably supported by the cover member (700) via a first bearing (340), a rotating member (322A), and a second bearing (350).

A hybrid system includes an engine, a speed change device, a differential device, a rotary machine, a first engagement device, a case, and a cover wall. The first engagement device is configured to shift the speed change device, and be actuated by hydraulic pressure. The first engagement device includes a first oil chamber. The rotary machine is arranged between the first engagement device and the engine. The case houses the rotary machine, the speed change device, the differential device, and the first engagement device, and is connected to the engine and has an opening on the engine side. The cover wall covers the opening, and operating oil is supplied to the first oil chamber via the cover wall.

A power transmission unit for a vehicle comprises: a motor arranged on an output side of an engine coaxially therewith in a housing adjacent to an outer face of the engine; an end cover arranged in the housing to cover an end portion of the motor to protect from the engine; a rotary shaft extending coaxially with the motor to be connected to an output shaft of the engine while penetrating through the end cover; and an engagement device disposed on an outer circumferential side of the rotary shaft between the motor and the engine to selectively restrict a rotation of the rotary shaft. A sub-cover to which the rotary shaft penetrates is attached to an end face of the end cover and a chamber is hermetically enclosed by the sub-cover, the end cover, and the rotary shaft. The engagement device is held in the housing.
