A fixturing apparatus that includes a housing defining an interior space and having a trapezoidal cross-section, a first end, and an opposing second end, and is formed to include an aperture extending therethrough from the first end to said second end. The fixturing apparatus further comprises a flexible strap and a radio-frequency identification (RFID) chip to allow identifying and tracking the fixturing apparatus.

An apparatus according to the present invention provides a bundle tie including a head dampener. The tie generally comprises a strap and a tie head coupled to the strap. The tie head is adapted to engage a free end of the strap, thereby forming a loop, which may be formed or placed about one or a bundle of elongate articles such as conduit, wires, cables, ropes, and pipes, for example. The tie head is provided with a head dampener which serves to cushion what otherwise may be damaging force placed upon the one or more elongate articles by the tie head. The dampener may also serve to limit movement of the one or more elongate articles through the loop formed by the tie.

A reclosable strap assembly includes an elongate strap having a first end including a plurality of engaging segments. A clasp includes a frame that defines a frame opening for receiving the first end. Each of the plurality of engaging segments is sized to create an interference fit between the individual engaging segment and the frame when the individual engaging segment is inserted into the frame opening.

A bundle spacing device having a first pair of opposing surfaces spaced apart from each other a first distance and a second pair of opposing surfaces spaced apart from each other a second distance, different than the first distance, and generally perpendicular to the first pair of opposing surfaces. The bundle spacing device is configured such that bundles can be coupled to the bundle spacing device in a first position or a second position. A reusable cable tie comprises an elongated strap, made of semi-rigid plastic material, and a buckle, made of rigid plastic material, for interlocking with the elongated strap. The elongated strap includes a first end a second end, an inner side and an outer side. The inner side incorporates a rack with a multiplicity of teeth, alternating with a multiplicity of grooves. The multiplicity of teeth extends from the first end up to a flat indented zone adjoining the second end that is provided with several teeth and grooves, the several teeth projecting from the outer side in an external zone corresponding to a beginning of the flat indented zone. The buckle incorporates a cavity so shaped and sized as to allow a passage through of the first and the second end of the elongated strap.

A system and method for re-useable, self-locking, cinching, and bundling straps comprises wrapping a strap comprising: a plurality of teeth formed on a first edge of the strap, a plurality of teeth formed on a second edge of the strap, and at least one slit in the strap around an object; forming a loop around the object; inserting an end of the strap through the slit in the strap; and pulling the slack out of the loop.

A system and method for re-useable, self-locking, cinching, and bundling straps comprises wrapping a strap comprising: a plurality of teeth formed on a first edge of the strap, a plurality of teeth formed on a second edge of the strap, and at least one slit in the strap around an object; forming a loop around the object; inserting an end of the strap through the slit in the strap; and pulling the slack out of the loop.
