The invention relates to a ruggedized integrated modular reinforced case having, in one preferred embodiment, a floating protective chamber for safely transporting a laptop computer, as well as other valuable, or fragile objects.

A backpack (11) provides a protective utility vestment including a panel of armor material fully stored beneath the openable cover (22) an anterior chamber within the backpack, obscuring its existence. A pair of hand-graspable pull-tabs (31) connected to opposite lateral sides of the vestment allow rapid deployment of the vestment over the user's head and into position on the user's chest. The pull-tabs can be obscured on the shoulder supports (14,15) of the backpack until used. Decoy bands (43) on the shoulder supports can further enhance the obscuring effect. The pull-tabs can secure to the hip support pads (16,17) to further secure the vestment on the user's chest. A bottom deployed utility caddy can be stowed within a hidden medial compartment.

A mobile workstation adapted to carry a mobile computing device includes a balanced case having a bottom compartment and a top compartment. The top compartment is coupled to the bottom compartment and pivotable relative to the bottom compartment.

A case including a support member is disclosed. The support member includes a port well and a collar for receiving an internal charging port of the case. An elastic tether is coupled to the support member and the case and configured to facilitate extraction of the support member from an aperture of the case for coupling of the internal charging port to an external charging port. The elastic tether also facilitates retraction of the support member and internal charging port into the aperture. The support member also includes a tab for grasping by a user.

A portable workstation comprises a housing, wherein interior surfaces of the housing define at least one storage compartment, an articulating arm configured for mounting to the housing, and an attachment portion. The articulating arm comprises two or more arm sections configured for extension and rotation relative to one another and an exterior surface of the housing. A first end of a first one of the arm sections comprises a first mount point configured for mounting the articulating arm to the housing. A second end of the first one of the arm sections is configured for attachment to a first end of a second one of the arm sections. The attachment portion is configured for coupling to and rotation about a second mount point of a given one of the arm sections of the articulating arm, the attachment portion being further configured to hold a mobile electronic device.

A sand training bag for sand and/or mineral training in an open and closed configuration. The sand pit training bags includes a sand pit training bag configuration comprising at least one fastener and at least one overlaying fabric around the perimeter to open flat on a surface. The sand training bag includes attachable wall structure, wherein the surface attachable wall structure is configured with a sand pit training bag in an open configuration visible relative to a sand or mineral pit held by one or more fasteners. The sand training bag includes a single sand pit training bag, wherein the single sand pit training bag is convertible to a single sand pit with at least one attachable perimeter wall around the perimeter of the open sand or mineral receiving surface configuration, wherein a top cover is configured to be viewed as a sand or mineral pit closed configuration.

A flat foldable carrying case with a closed interior space is unfoldable to yield a lectern. The lectern / carrying case is formed from a box as well as left, right, bottom, and top flaps. The box has four sides which are connected to a back side, each at a right angle thereto. Each side of the box is rotatably adjoined to a respective side flap. The bottom flap is foldable after the sometimes identically sized left and right flaps fold into the box. Then the top flap is foldable. In some cases, the bottom flap is only foldable towards the box after the left and right flags are folded due to a wider bottom flap compared to the side flaps. In a folded condition with enclosed interior space, the top flap is parallel to the back side of the box.

A lid is hingedly engaged to the container to selectively close an open top of the container. Fasteners, which are engaged to the container and the lid, selectively engage electronic devices. A battery, which is rechargeable, is engaged to and positioned in the container. Ports are operationally engaged to the battery and can engage connectors of power cables of the electronic devices to operationally engage the electronic devices to the battery. The battery thus can power the electronic devices. A power cord is engaged to and is selectively extensible from the container. The power cord is operationally engaged to the battery and the plurality of ports. Engaging the power cord to an outlet charges the battery and provides power to the electronic devices.

An electronic device storing and powering assembly for storing, powering, and sanitizing an electronic device includes a container. A lid is hingedly engaged to the container to selectively close an open top of the container. Fasteners, which are engaged to the container and the lid, selectively engage electronic devices. A battery, which is rechargeable, is engaged to and positioned in the container. The battery thus can power the electronic devices. A power cord is engaged to and is selectively extensible from the container.
