Centrifugal pendulum device for vibration isolation
A centrifugal pendulum device for vibration isolation of a power take-off system of a drive unit, having a first pendulum element with a first mass and a second pendulum element with a second mass, which are set up to counteract vibrations of the drive unit in a resonance range. The first pendulum element has a first resonance range and the second pendulum element has a second resonance range, where the first and the second resonance ranges differ. Using the centrifugal pendulum device it is possible in a small construction space using efficient means to isolate an extended frequency range of vibrations from the drivetrain. In particular, with drive units which are designed as internal combustion engines having activatable cylinders, it is possible, using the centrifugal pendulum device proposed here to achieve a vibration isolation for many states of the drive unit.
Roller for a pendulum mass of a centrifugal force pendulum
A roller (20) for a pendulum mass (4, 5, 6) of a centrifugal force pendulum (1), including a rolling section (42), a first maintaining section (26) and a second maintaining section (27). The maintaining sections have a larger diameter than the rolling section, and the roller (20) has a width (44) which is smaller or the same size as the first depth (9) of the centrifugal force pendulum. Due to roller (20), a centrifugal force pendulum can be constructed for particularly flat couplings. In particular, the total weight of the friction clutch is reduced and the mounting is simplified.
Centrifugal force pendulum
A centrifugal force pendulum having a pendulum mass pair and a pendulum flange, in which an arcuate cut-out with a cut-out contour is provided, wherein the pendulum masses of the pendulum mass pair are situated on both sides of the pendulum flange and are connected to each other by at least one spacer bolt which is guided through the cut-out, wherein the spacer bolt has a damping arrangement which includes a stabilizing element and an elastic damping element, wherein the damping element is designed to damp a striking of the spacer bolt on the cut-out contour of the cut-out, wherein the damping element and the stabilizing element of the damping arrangement are positioned relative to each other so that the damping element is able to strike the cut-out contour of the cut-out directly.
Segmented centrifugal pendulum absorber mass carrier
A centrifugal pendulum device is provided having a weight carrier disc an opening and guide tracks arranged on a radially outer region thereof and including damper spring openings in a radially inner region thereof. A centrifugal weight is disposed displaceably on the weight carrier disc, with the centrifugal weight including two side elements that each include weight guide tracks, and spacing bolts arranged between the two side elements. At least one of the spacing bolts extends through the opening of the weight carrier disc, and the centrifugal weight is guided displaceably on the weight carrier disc by roller elements that run on the guide tracks and the weight guide tracks. In order to reduce weight and provide additional flexibility, the weight carrier disc comprises a first plate that includes the radially inner region that is connected to at least one second plate that includes the radially outer region.
Pendulum-absorber brake
A crankshaft comprising a cheek, a torsion-absorbing pendulum pivotally coupled to the cheek, and a rotational speed actuated brake to oppose motion of the pendulum relative to the cheek. The brake is configured to provide greater opposition to the motion at lower rotational speeds than at higher rotational speeds.
Torsional vibration damper
A torsional vibration damper is provided with a damper mass carrier at which is received at least one damper mass that is movable relative to the damper mass carrier and at least one stop. The at least one stop is associated with each stop side of the at least one damper mass. The at least one damper mass and the stop have an extension in extension direction of a central axis. The at least one damper mass has a plurality of damper mass elements in extension direction of the central axis, while the stop has in extension direction of the central axis a stop profile at its side facing the stop sides of the damper mass elements. The stop profile has different radial distances from the central axis in association with the damper mass elements.
Centrifugal force pendulum
The invention relates to a centrifugal force pendulum (100) for suppressing torsional oscillations in a drive train, comprising a first and a second flange (105, 110) that are non-rotatably connected to the drive train and a first and a second pendulum mass (125, 135) that are arranged axially offset between the flanges. The pendulum masses have different suppressing frequencies.

A pumping system configured to pump fluid from the ambient environment to a target reservoir, the pumping system including: a fluid pump configured to statically mount to a rotating surface, the pump configured to rotate about an axis of rotation; a pump reservoir statically coupled to the fluid pump and configured to fluidly couple to the target reservoir, the pump reservoir including a collection area defined along a portion of the pump reservoir radially outward of the axis of rotation; and a liquid separation member arranged along a portion of the collection area, the liquid separation member including a membrane configured to preferentially permit liquid flow therethrough.
Centrifugal pendulum and clutch disc having the latter
A centrifugal pendulum and a clutch disk with a pendulum flange provided thereon, rotational about an axis of rotation, and several pendulum weights distributed over the circumference and received on the pendulum flange in a pivotal fashion. In order to at least reduce noise development due to mass momentum of inertia acting here caused by the centrifugal pendulum, the pendulum flange is received on a rotational part, rotating on an axis of rotation, and a friction clutch is effectively arranged between the pendulum flange and said part.
