SPHERIFICATED DENTAL MEDICAMENT COMPOSITIONS
A spherificated dental medicament that includes an outer membrane containing calcium alginate and an internal core containing at least one of a mouth rinse, a mouthwash, a dental paste, and a dental gel, A method of making the spherificated dental medicament includes immersing a dental medicament composition into a solution containing either a soluble alginate or calcium salt, the dental medicament composition comprising a calcium salt or a soluble alginate and at least one of a mouth rinse, a mouthwash, a dental paste and a dental gel, and then removing the dental medicament composition from the solution following formation of a membrane around the dental medicament composition.
COSMETIC POWDER COMPOSITE AND COSMETIC COMPOSITION CONTAINING SAME
The present invention relates to a powder complex for cosmetics and a cosmetic composition comprising thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a powder complex for cosmetics for improving easy-to-clean of the cosmetic powder with water repellency and a cosmetic composition comprising thereof. The powder complex for cosmetic of the present invention has a technical feature that the amphipathic copolymer having a specific structure is adsorbed on the surface of the hydrophobized powder. The cosmetic composition according to the present invention can exhibit an excellent effect of cleaning, with excellent makeup durability.
Hydrogel capsules and process for preparing the same
This invention is a hydrogel capsule with a fragrance encapsulated therein during the polymerization process. The hydrogel capsule is of use in fabric care or personal care formulations.
ULTRAVIOLET SHIELDING AGENT COMPOSITION COMPRISING CERIUM OXIDE PARTICLES HAVING SURFACE MODIFIED WITH POLYHYDROXYSTEARIC ACID
Disclosed are a sunscreen composition containing cerium oxide (CeO.sub.2) particles having surfaces modified with polyhydroxystearic acid and a method for preparing the sunscreen composition. The sunscreen composition containing cerium oxide (CeO.sub.2) particles having surfaces modified with polyhydroxystearic acid exhibits excellent dispersion stability even after a long period of time elapses.
CELLULOSIC PARTICLE
A cellulosic particle contains cellulose as its base constituent, and the 5-day and 60-day percentage biodegradations of the cellulosic particle measured as per JIS K6950:2000 are lower than 20% and 60% or higher, respectively.
Process for the elongation and/or densification of fibers
The present invention relates to a process for the elongation and/or densification of fibers, on a keratin material, characterized in that it employs a composition, especially a cosmetic composition, in particular a makeup composition, comprising at least: —one volatile hydrocarbon-based oil, —particles of at least one polymer surface-stabilized with a stabilizer, and —a hydrophobic film-forming polymer, chosen from hydrocarbon-based block copolymers, hydrocarbon-based resins, and mixtures thereof.
Silica-including microcapsule resin particles, method for producing same, and application thereof
Silica-including microcapsule resin particles including an outer shell constituted of a crosslinked polymer and a cavity partitioned with the outer shell, in which the silica-including microcapsule resin particles contain inside the cavity a porous structure in which silica particles are mutually connected, and have a volume average particle diameter of 0.5 to 100 μm.
WATER-IN-OIL EMULSIFIED COSMETIC
Provided is a water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic having improved feeling on use and usability. The water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic may include: (a) one or more polymers selected from the group consisting of polyacrylic acid, a salt of polyacrylic acid, poly(2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid), and a salt of poly(2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid) and having (i) a weight average molecular weight of 1 million to 4 million, and (ii) a viscosity at 25° C. when made into a 1% by mass aqueous solution of 1 Pa.Math.s or less, (b) an aqueous phase component other than the component (a); (c) 60% by mass or less of an oily component, and (d) an emulsifier.
Personal Care Product And A Method For Making A Personal Care Product By An Additive Process
Methods for making a personal care product and a personal care product are provided. In one example, the method includes forming a first layer by an additive process. The first layer has a first composition that includes at least one filler component selected from the group of starch, bulking agent salt, granular acid, clay mineral, sorbitol, silica, titanium dioxide, and zinc oxide. A binder is applied to the first layer. A second layer is formed by the additive process overlying the binder. The second layer has a second composition that includes at least one filler component selected from the group of starch, bulking agent slat, granular acid, clay mineral, sorbitol, silica, titanium dioxide, and zinc oxide. At least one of the first composition and the second composition further includes at least one surfactant.
PRODUCING METHOD OF COSMETICS AND COSMETICS
To improve a fresh sense of use, an excellent feeling of use of hydrophobic powder, color development, transparency, ultraviolet shielding ability, and the like. In production of a cosmetic containing, respectively, 1 wt % or more of water and hydrophobic powder, (A) hydrophilic nonionic surfactant as monoether compound of branched higher alcohol having 12 to 20 carbons and polyoxyethylene group and (B) water are mixed, and then mixed with (C) hydrophobic powder.
