FRESHENING COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING CONTROLLED RELEASE MODULATORS
The present invention relates to freshening compositions, devices comprising same and methods of using same for freshening the atmosphere, the air or surfaces. Also provided are methods for manufacturing the freshening compositions and devices comprising same. Disclosed are non-glycol ether liquid freshening compositions comprising a fragrance release modulator. A freshening composition of this invention may comprise (i) from about 0.1 wt % to about 95 wt % perfume raw materials, (ii) from about 0.01 wt % to about 90 wt % fragrance release modulator, and (iii) from about 1.0 wt % to about 95 wt % solvents, diluents or a mixture thereof. Disclosed are passive and active air or surface freshening products comprising a freshening composition of the present invention that allow controlled and customized release of the freshening composition to the atmosphere, air, or onto surfaces. The addition of a fragrance release modulator to formulate a freshening composition of the present invention allows the modulation of the release of the freshening composition.
Scent dispenser with illuminating arrangement
A scent dispenser includes a main body, a liquid tank unit, a diffusing member for diffusing the liquid from the main body, a control module supported in the main body, an audio speaker unit provided in the main body and electrically connected to the control module, and an illuminating arrangement. The illuminating arrangement includes a supporting frame supported by the main body, and a plurality of illuminating units embedded in the supporting frame and electrically connected to the control module, the illuminating units and the audio speaker unit being driven by the control module to deliver an optimal mix of lighting and sound effect respectively while the liquid is diffused and dispensed from the main body.
Air supply device with air refreshing and mosquito repelling function
An air supply device with air refreshing and insect repellent function include a housing, which comprises: an air duct unit supported inside the housing having a hollow body defining an air channel; a centrifugal fan received inside the air duct unit; two main air inlets arranged at two opposite sides of the housing; an air outlet arranged at a top portion of the housing and channeled through with the air channel inside the air duct unit at a front side of the housing perpendicular to each of the main air inlets; an auxiliary air inlet arranged at a rear side of the housing opposite to the air outlet; an auxiliary component, which is an aromatherapy component or a mosquito repellent component, connected to the housing at the auxiliary air inlet; and an optional heating component detachably connected to the housing at the main air inlet.
Articles formed of pulp base materials with modulated scent release
Described are articles formed of a pulp base material comprising fibers, wherein pores are formed between the fibers. A volatile composition with at least one top note component and at least one base note component at least partially fills the pores of the pulp base material. A release rate of the at least one top note component is modulated by the pulp base material, and a release rate of the at least one base note component is enhanced by the pulp base material.
Tabletop Scent Dispensing Device
A scent dispensing device may comprise a scent vial holder configured to hold a scent vial, a top having a plurality of openings, the plurality of openings including a scent opening and an airflow opening, a heater configured to apply heat to the scent vial, and a fan configured to cause a flow of air to pass through the airflow opening creating a difference in air pressure between the airflow opening and the scent opening such that scent from the scent vial is drawn through the scent opening and into the flow of air.
Device and method for dispensing and/or diffusing volatile substances, especially for dispensing and/or diffusing fragrances and/or active substances
The invention relates to a device for dispensing and/or diffusing volatile substances, comprising a housing (32), a storage tank (33) and an electrical heating device (30). The device further comprises a capillary element (34) which is coupled to the heating element in a heat-transferring manner, the capillary element (34) having a substance-receiving area (35) which is in contact with a substance received in the storage tank (33) and which substance is conveyable to a substance-discharging area (36) of the capillary element (34) at which the substance is dispensed. Furthermore, an air inlet (50) is provided, by means of which ambient air (53) enters from outside the housing (32) and forms a pure air flow (40) in the housing interior. An air duct (54) is provided which, starting from the air inlet (50), extends as far as the substance discharging area (36), at which a substance air flow (51) enriched with substance is generated, and which, starting from the substance discharging region (36), is led to an air outlet (38) via which the substance air flow (51) is discharged to the environment. In addition, a control device (39) is provided, by means of which the electrical heating device (30) can be controlled, preferably at intervals.
Air treatment device with scented pad mechanism
An air treatment device includes a housing and a pad holder mounted within the housing. The pad holder has an opening providing access to a support surface for a scented pad. When positioned on the support surface the scented pad has a first end portion remote from the opening and a second end portion adjacent the opening. A mechanism associated with the pad holder is configured to at least partially remove the scented pad from the pad holder. The mechanism includes a lever arm and a pad pusher connected to the lever arm. The lever arm is configured such that movement of the lever arm pushes the pad pusher along the support surface toward the opening, the pad pusher engaging the first end portion of the scented pad and moving the second end portion of the scented pad at least partially out of the pad holder opening.
