A method of emitting a volatile material from a volatile material dispenser includes the steps of identifying a first vapor pressure of a first fragrance characteristic of the volatile material, identifying a second vapor pressure of a second fragrance characteristic of the volatile material that is different than the first vapor pressure, heating the volatile material to a first temperature associated with the first fragrance characteristic, and heating the volatile material to a second temperature associated with the second fragrance characteristic that is different than the first temperature.

A method is disclosed comprising drawing air into a robotic vapor device via a pump, exposing the drawn air to a sensor, determining a concentration of one or more constituents of the drawn air via the sensor, dispensing a vapor from the robotic vapor device based on an air treatment protocol, and engaging a filtration element based on the air treatment protocol.

Air purification devices are described. Devices are powered to form an electric field along an airflow path that creates a plasma for destruction of pathogens carried through the device. Devices can be single-user, portable devices for purification of air flow to and/or from a single user.

A volatile composition dispenser and methods of volatilizing a volatile composition in the air are provided. The volatile composition dispenser includes one or more reservoirs, with each reservoir containing a volatile composition. Each reservoir has one or more delivery engines disposed in fluid communication with the volatile composition in the reservoir. Each delivery engine is in fluid communication with an evaporative surface. One or more evaporative assistance elements are disposed adjacent to the evaporative surface(s). A method of volatilizing the volatile composition(s) includes operating the evaporative assistance elements with varying energy over a total emission program, including energy boost periods, and extended emission periods of decreased or maintained energy.

An air scenting assembly includes: a scent container which at least initially contains a scent perfume, and a scent perfume extracting mechanism, which is configured to release scent perfume from the scent container. The scent perfume extracting mechanism includes a scent perfume absorbing element insertable into said scent container, a scent carrying material, a dripping mechanism arranged onto said scent perfume absorbing element, said dripping mechanism is configured to deposit scent perfume from the scent container onto said scent carrying material, and a limiter to restrain extraction of scent perfume from the scent container, wherein the limiter comprises an air duct between the scent perfume absorbing element and the dripping mechanism, and the limiter is air flow controlled, wherein one end of said air duct is placed inside said scent container, and wherein the other end of said air duct is connected to a nozzle, said nozzle being arranged on said scent carrying material so that when said scent carrying material is drenched to saturation, no more air can pass through said scent carrying material and up into said nozzle and said air duct, and so that when the scent carrying material is dry enough passage of air through said air duct is allowed.

The present invention relates to an air refining and purifying sterilization module and an air refining and purifying sterilizer including the same, and more particularly, to an air refining and purifying sterilization module and an air refining and purifying sterilizer including the same with excellent sterilization, purification, deodorization, and ventilation performance with respect to various pollutants generated in smoking rooms including tobacco smoke and carbon monoxide and every living spaces as improved catalyst performance. The present invention provides an air purifying sterilizer module in which the photocatalyst unit is formed of an alloy coated metal foam carried with a photocatalytic material and an air purifying sterilizer including the same in the air purifying sterilizer module including a filter unit, a photocatalyst unit, and an ultraviolet lamp. The air purifying sterilizer module and the air purifying sterilizer including the same of the present invention can be widely used by replacing an air purifying sterilizer and an air purifier in the related art in smoke rooms, office spaces, living spaces such as apartments, hospitals, and medical facilities.

A volatile composition dispenser and a method of dispensing a volatile composition is provided. The volatile composition dispenser includes a reservoir for containing a volatile composition and a transport member having a first end portion and an opposing second end portion, and an evaporative surface. The first end portion of the transport member is in fluid communication with the reservoir and the second end portion of the transport member is in fluid communication with the evaporative surface. The volatile composition dispenser also includes an air pump in gaseous communication with the reservoir.

Systems for coupling the operations of an environmental modifying unit and a smart appliance are described. In one form the system includes a central communication unit, a baby monitor, and a dispenser for modifying the environment in which the baby monitor exists. The central communication unit, the baby monitor, and the dispenser are wirelessly connected to one another.

A system for delivering a volatile composition into the air is provided. The system includes a central communication unit capable of receiving incoming signals and sending outgoing instructions. The central communication unit is communicably connected with a memory configured to store an algorithm. The system includes a smart appliance communicably connectable with the central communication unit and configured to send incoming signals to the central communication unit alerting the central communication unit of a status of the smart appliance. The system also includes a volatile composition dispenser that is communicably connectable with the central communication through a wireless communication link. The algorithm controls the volatile composition dispenser based on incoming signals sent from the smart appliance to the central communication unit.

A device for dispersing in the air in the vapor state and a substance that is in the liquid state at ambient temperature, and is contained in a storage container, has a ventilation system with a duct that opens out into the open air and is configured to permit the passage of a flow of air into the duct; at least one dispensing unit is designed to be supplied with a liquid substance by the storage container, the dispensing unit having micro-ducts forming an outlet is provided in the duct in order to constitute an area of evaporation of the substance therein, and a heating unit is provided on or in the dispensing unit, such as to control a flow of the substance through the dispensing unit.
