Modular fan assembly with articulating nozzle
An air treatment system is disclosed that includes a modular configuration whereby a fan module, filter module, and humidifier module may couple together to provide a plurality of air treatment solutions. In more detail, the modules can stack end-to-end in a vertical configuration. The modules may electrically couple to each other via a common electrical bus and enable a controller disposed in the fan module (or other module) to control fan flow rates, direction, and humidity. The fan module can include an articulating nozzle capable of directing airflow in virtually any direction and angle about an environment. The fan module can further include an inlet arrangement that can selectively restrict external air from entering the fan module housing when the fan module is fluidly coupled to the filter module. Thus, the fan module may generate air flow from exclusively filtered air to minimize or otherwise reduce bacterial/mold growth within the fan module housing.
Toilet roll
To provide a toilet roll having a deodorizing function. The problem is solved by a toilet roll in which a volatile deodorizing fragrant agent that is vaporized to emit fragrance and chemically deodorizes a malodorous component is applied to an outer periphery of a paper tube, and a deodorizing region to which a deodorant that chemically deodorizes a malodorous component is applied for deodorizing a malodorous component by contact with the malodorous component is provided on an inner periphery of the paper tube.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR GENERATING SCENTS
A method of generating scents, the method including receiving, by a processor, an instruction to generate a first scent, and heating, responsive to the instruction to generate the first scent, a first scented material.
FRAGRANCE DISPENSER WITH USER-SELECTABLE RELEASE RATE
A fragrance dispenser including at least one receptacle having a major open end, with a porous diffuser layer occlusively overlying the major open end of the receptacle. At least a sectional area of the porous diffuser layer is removable.
Device scent state recovery mechanism with GPS intelligence
A scent dispenser may comprise a vial retaining mechanism, a heating element, vial sensor, and a controller. The vial retaining mechanism includes a vial coupling that removeably retains a vial containing a scented solution. The includes a wick extending from a cavity of the vial through an opening of a neck of the vial. The heating element is shaped to receive and heat the wick of the vial. The vial sensor includes an array of sensor pads that are arranged in alignment with the vial retained by the vial coupling. The controller is electrically coupled to the heating element and electrically coupled to the array of sensor pads. The controller regulates a temperature level of the heating element, and receives signals from the array of sensor pads and processing the signals to determine a fluid level of the vial.
Electronic scent producing imitation candle device
Electronic imitation candle devices are described that produce a scent while including a flame-like element that simulates a real fire flame. One example device includes a support assembly having a base, a top plate and a support rod that connects the base and the top plate, as well as a flame element and a light source to simulate a real candle flame. The device also includes a fragrance compartment above the top plate that includes a lid removably positioned on top of the fragrance container. The device is further provided with a heating element above the top plate and below the fragrance container to provide heat to the fragrance container, and a switch coupled to the lid of the fragrance container and operable to sense that the fragrance container is covered by the lid and to deactivate the heating element when the fragrance container is covered by the lid.
System and method for selecting and releasing flavor
A system for releasing flavor comprises: a plurality of compartments adapted to receive a respective plurality of capsules, each capsule containing therein a flavor material; a dispenser system configured for dispensing into an environment a fluid obtained from at least one flavor material; and a controller configured for automatically selecting a dispensing protocol, for signaling the dispenser system to dispense fluids obtained from at least one flavor material contained in at least one capsule of the compartments, and for automatically re-executing the selecting and the signaling, according to a shuffle protocol.
Scent warmer
An improved portable scent warmer having a modular or compartmentalized housing holding a scented member, a heating element imparting heat to the scented member to release its fragrance, a fan element for direct the dispersion of the fragrance, a input device for selectively controlling and actuating the heating element; a rotatable cover adjoined to the housing; and at least one power supply means for powering the heating element.
ARTICLES FORMED OF PULP BASE MATERIALS WITH MODULATED SCENT RELEASE
Described are articles formed of a pulp base material comprising fibers, wherein pores are formed between the fibers. A volatile composition with at least one top note component and at least one base note component at least partially fills the pores of the pulp base material. A release rate of the at least one top note component is modulated by the pulp base material, and a release rate of the at least one base note component is enhanced by the pulp base material.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR GENERATING A FRAGRANCE
A method and a system for generating a fragrance (also referred to herein as perfume) are disclosed. A method may comprise providing a perfume blender machine (100) and cartridges (102) for storing liquid olfactory ingredients (112), the machine comprising dispensing means to dispense olfactory ingredients (112) from the cartridges (102) for generating a fragrance (114); controlling the dispensing means to generate a fragrance (114) based on instructions given by a user on the liquid olfactory ingredients (112) to be blended and the quantity of each; and generating a recipe with the information of the ingredients (112) and their respective quantities which have been used to generate the fragrance.
