A system is provided for cleaning out a drain line for an air conditioning unit. The system has an access member that can be installed and remain in the drain line. The access unit provides access to the drain line to allow a fluid to move in at least one direction to remove the debris and liquids from the drain line to prevent maintenance issues with the air conditioning unit. A connecting member is used with the access member to move the debris either down the drain line or out of the air conditioning unit.

Exemplary illustrations of a fluid valve, e.g., a return valve for returning residual paint, rinsing agent, and compressed air from a paint line when changing color in a painting system, are disclosed. An exemplary fluid valve may be adjusted between an open position, in which the fluid valve is at least partially open, e.g., for rinsing a paint line with a rinsing agent and for pressurizing the paint line with a new color for the color change, and a closed position, in which the fluid valve is closed, e.g., for applying the new color after the color change. An exemplary fluid valve may switch to the closed position, upon actuation by the medium thereof, e.g., medium flowing through or present in the valve. In another example, a fluid valve may close depending on the fluid present at the input side.

Methods and systems to reduce the consumption of purge gas for semiconductor substrate containers. The recirculation purging system recycles purge gas back to substrate containers by filtering and purifying gas flow from substrate containers, receiving gas flow from load port, or including a recirculation tank.

A tool for unseizing and/or lubricating a valve having a protruding valve stem on an exterior periphery. The tool possesses a hollow tubular member, having at one end thereof an open, hollow, cylindrical flexible member adapted to be placed over and contain therewithin a portion of the valve stem. A circumferential tightening member, encircling one end of the flexible member, is provided, to permit the flexible member to sealingly engage the valve stem about the outer periphery thereof when the flexible member is placed over the valve stem. The tool further possesses a fluid inlet port, situated along a length of the tubular member, in fluid communication with an interior of the tubular member, and a pressurized fluid inlet port likewise in fluid communication with the interior of the tool.

A valve assembly comprises a housing, a chamber having a first product opening, a second product opening, a first closable secondary opening that can be connected to a steam line, and a second closable secondary opening. The assembly also includes a first closing element by which the first product opening can be closed, a second closing element by which the second product opening can be closed, and an outlet associated with the second secondary opening. A switching valve is arranged between the second secondary opening and the outlet such that a fluid connection between the outlet and the second secondary opening can be switched to a fluid connection between the outlet and an inlet provided on the switching valve. The inlet can be connected to a steam line, while simultaneously closing the second secondary opening. A system comprising the valve assembly and a method for operating the system are described.

Provided are gas distribution apparatus with a delivery channel having an inlet end, an outlet end and a plurality of apertures spaced along the length. The inlet end is connectable to an inlet gas source and the outlet end is connectible with a vacuum source. Also provided are gas distribution apparatus with spiral delivery channels, intertwined spiral delivery channels, splitting delivery channels, merging delivery channels and shaped delivery channels in which an inlet end and outlet end are configured for rapid exchange of gas within the delivery channels.
