To provide a portable device capable of capturing a flow of water from a stream, storm drain or runoff channel, on command and send that captured water into a pipe system, while allowing remote adjustment of the capture and flow rates out of the cube device, the stormwater syphon cube includes a rock grate to prevent stormwater borne objects from entering the device, and an exit valve adjustable via cable control, a side extraction valve adjustable via cable control to adjust the water flow into the extraction pipe, and extraction pipe attached to the cube to carry extracted water away to storage. The sealed exit pipe acts as a syphon drawing water out of the cube.

THREE-WAY VALVE
20180372232 · 2018-12-27 ·

A three-way valve includes an inflow port, a body having therein a valve chamber introducing fluid from an inflow passage of the inflow port; a first outflow port having an outflow passage extending at an acute angle to a reference direction in which the inflow passage extends; a second outflow port having an outflow passage extending from the valve chamber at an acute angle to the reference direction; and a valve element disposed inside the valve chamber and movable to adjust flow rates of the fluid in the first outflow port and the second outflow port. At least one of the first outflow port and the second outflow port includes a bent portion connecting the outflow passage and a downstream passage such that the downstream passage becomes closer to the reference direction than an extending direction of the outflow passage to the reference direction.

VALVE ASSEMBLY WITH ASSOCIATED MEASUREMENT DEVICE

A valve assembly includes a valve body, having an inlet duct, an outlet duct and an intermediate portion. An electrovalve is located proximal to the intermediate portion. A measurement device is directly connected to the valve body. The measurement device includes a sensor for taking a measurement for determining a physical characteristic of the fluid that can flow in the valve assembly. The electrovalve includes a first electronic circuit for conducting an electric control signal from a control unit to the electrovalve. The measurement device includes a second electronic circuit for conducting the electric signals exchanged between the control unit and the sensor. The first electronic circuit and the second electronic circuit are implemented on a single header or printed circuit board. The electrovalve and the measurement device are mechanically connected directly to the single header or printed circuit board.

Pneumatic distribution system using shared pump plenum

Apparatus and associated methods relate to a pneumatic distribution system having pneumatic pump that exhausts into a common plenum that is in fluid communication with a plurality of flow controllers. In an illustrative embodiment, a system controller may coordinate the operation of the one or more pneumatic pumps and the plurality of flow controllers to provide air pressure control to a system of pneumatic chambers. In some embodiments, one of the plurality of flow controllers may be configured to provide fluid communication with an ambient atmosphere so as to permit a fluid path from a pneumatic chamber connected to another flow controller to the ambient atmosphere via both flow controllers and the common plenum. In an exemplary embodiment, the system controller may advantageously control the air pressures in a plurality of pneumatic chambers independently of one another using coordinated control of the pump and flow controllers.

In one representative example, a water delivery apparatus includes a chassis and a water system supported on the chassis. The water system is substantially lead-free and adapted for use with potable water. The system includes a manifold adapted to convey and/or contain water in a substantially leak- proof manner. The manifold extends between an intake connection and a distal terminus valve. The system also includes first, second and third outlet legs and a pump adapted to induce water flow within the manifold principally from the intake connection to one or more of the outlet legs. The system also includes a pressure switch, an accumulator tank and a cycle to stop valve, all of which are operatively connected to the manifold.
