Adjustable curtain style port valve device
An adjustable valve includes a main valve body having a first end portion, an oppositely disposed second end portion, and an endless cylindrical wall extending therebetween. Oppositely disposed flanges, including respective flange apertures, are formed in the endless cylindrical wall for accepting cylindrical fluid conduits. A fluid flow volume is positioned within the main valve body and disposed between the aperture flanges. A plug is controllably insertable through the first end portion into the valve to at least partially obstruct the fluid flow volume. An at least partially hollow cylindrical drum is rotatably connected within the main valve body, wherein the drum has a pair of oppositely disposed drum apertures formed through a wall thereof. The drum is rotatable to at least partially align the pair of oppositely disposed flange apertures to define an unobstructed fluid flow path through the valve body.
Dynamic balancing valve for control of flow rate independently of pressure
Pressure independent flow rate control valve, for placement in hydraulic systems between upstream inlet and downstream outlet ducts, including a first functional unit arranged between the inlet and outlet ducts, mobile equipment actuated manually or by an actuator for setting and modifying the orifice span of a fluid passage, and thus the valve flow rate, up to complete closure; and a second functional unit for maintaining the differential pressure constant between upstream and downstream of the first unit, and thus the set valve flow rate independently of pressure fluctuations in the hydraulic system. The mobile equipment includes main equipment and secondary equipment which can linearly translate with respect to the main equipment for presetting the maximum valve flow rate, the main equipment carrying integrally the secondary equipment and being linearly displaced by the actuator for modulating the fluid flow rate from the preset maximum one up to complete closure.
Double seat valve
In a double seat valve with upper and lower valve discs and a flow divider in a leakage room, wherein respectively one valve disc can be set to a lift position to supplying a cleaning medium flow into the leakage room, and first channels are provided in the flow divider and second channels in the lower valve disc towards a leakage outlet, the first channels are disposed in extensions of the flow divider that axially bridge the lower leakage room part and that join within the second channels the flow divider forming in at least one of two lift positions with its external circumference with the external wall of the leakage room a leakage gap for a side flow that is significantly smaller than a main flow that is deflected and directed by the flow divider into the first channels or into the second channels and to the leakage outlet.
Valve device capable of fast switching and fine adjustment of flow
A valve device capable of fast switching and fine adjustment of flow includes a valve seat unit. The valve seat unit has a chamber therein. The chamber is provided with a switch unit and a fine adjustment unit. The switch unit is used to open or close the valve device. The fine adjustment unit is used to adjust the flow passing the valve device. The user may individually operate the switch unit to quickly open and close the valve device and to operate the fine adjustment unit to adjust the flow passing the valve device so as to enhance the convenience of use.

Blowout Preventer Including Shear Body
A blowout preventer (BOP) includes a housing comprising a vertical bore extending through the housing and a shear body rotatable with respect to the vertical bore to shear an object located within the vertical bore.
Fluid receiver
An apparatus and system are disclosed for a fuel receiver. The apparatus includes a base having an inlet and an outlet that defines an interior channel through which fluid is flowable. The apparatus also includes a first valve movable relative to the base between a closed position and an open position allowing fluid flow through the inlet. The apparatus also includes a second valve independently movable relative to the base and the first valve, the second valve movable between a closed position and an open position allowing fluid flow through the inlet. The system includes the apparatus, and a fluid reservoir or tank in fluid communication with the apparatus.
Method for cleaning the seat of a double seat valve and double seat valve for performing the method
A method for cleaning the seat of a double seat valve, the double set valve having a deflection surface bordering the remaining area of a recess not delimiting a circumferential wall and opening out from the latter at a front and radially inside end of a second closing member facing a first closing member. The method rinses the seating when closing members are opened and generates a seat cleaning flow and urges a first cleaning flow through a deflection surface.
Double-seat valve with a seat-cleaning function
A double-seat valve has a seat-cleaning function and ensures that the seat-cleaning flow is conducted into and out of the leakage hollow space with as little turbulence as possible. The valve reliably prevents a pressure-increasing direct action upon the seat regions, even in the event that the cross-sectional area of the drain bore is smaller than that of the largest pipeline that can be connected to the valve. This is achieved in that a region of extension of the deflection surface that faces away from the radially outer end of the deflection surface delimits the remaining region of the opening in its entirety and opens out from the second closing element at an end-face and radially inner end of the second closing element, facing the first closing element.
