The closed cell foamed synthetic material layer may have an average density of more than 300 kilograms per cubic meter. The top layer may include a back layer, a printed synthetic material film located above the back layer, and a transparent or translucent synthetic material wear layer located above the printed synthetic material film. The back layer may include a vinyl compound with fillers. The back layer may have a thickness of at least 45 percent of the thickness of the top layer. The floor panel may be rectangular and oblong and may include a pair of long edges and a pair of short edges. The floor panel may include first mechanical coupling parts at the pair of long edges and second mechanical coupling parts at the pair of short edges. The first mechanical coupling parts may allow a horizontal and vertical locking of two of such floor panels using a turning movement along the respective long edges. The first mechanical coupling parts may include a tongue and a groove. The groove may be flanked by an upper lip and a lower lip. The first mechanical coupling parts may include a vertical locking mechanism having a vertically active locking surface at the upper side of the tongue and the lower side of the upper lip, respectively. The first mechanical coupling parts may include a horizontal locking mechanism having a horizontally active locking surface at the lower side of the tongue and the upper side of the lower lip, respectively. The horizontally active locking surfaces and the vertically active locking surfaces may be formed in the material of the closed cell foamed synthetic material layer.

A floor may include a substrate having a top side and a bottom side. A top layer may be provided on the substrate. The top layer may consist of a printed thermoplastic film and a thermoplastic transparent or translucent layer provided on the printed thermoplastic film. The top layer may be directly adhered to the substrate by heat welding the printed thermoplastic film and the top side of the substrate, in the absence of a glue layer. The substrate may be a synthetic material board including a filler. The substrate at least at two opposite edges may include coupling means provided in the synthetic material board. The thermoplastic transparent or translucent layer may be provided with a structure.

METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF DISPOSABLE ABSORBENT ARTICLES

A method for production of disposable hygienic absorbent articles, the method comprising advancing in a first direction a continuous length of a substantially homogeneous elastic laminate web having a maximum elastic extensibility in the first direction of at least 40% under a peak load F.sub.p; maintaining said substantially homogeneous elastic laminate web under a tensioning load F.sub.t in the first direction during the advancing, the tensioning load F.sub.t satisfying the condition: 0.03 F.sub.pF.sub.t0.25 F.sub.p; attaching individual absorbent cores to the substantially homogeneous elastic laminate web while maintaining said substantially homogeneous elastic laminate web under the tensioning load F.sub.t; and severing the substantially homogenous elastic laminate web into individual disposable hygienic absorbent articles.

LEG AND FLAP ELASTIC COMPOSITE FOR AN ABSORBENT ARTICLE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SAME

An absorbent article having a front waist region, a back waist region, and a crotch region extending between and interconnecting the front and back waist regions. The article comprises an outer cover, a body-side liner, an absorbent assembly between the outer cover and the body-side liner, and leg and flap elastic composites including a containment flap portion and a gasket portion. Each of the composites are attached to the liner such that one of the composites is disposed adjacent one side edge of the liner and the other composite is disposed adjacent the other side edge of the liner, each of the composites extend longitudinally from the front waist region to the back waist region, and each of the composites have a deadened portion in the front waist region or the back waist region. The article further includes a waist elastic member extending longitudinally between the deadened portions.

Flooring for vehicle decks and manufactured housing

A flooring product has multiple planar single piece substrate components, each with opposing straight longitudinal and lateral edges. A first lateral edge of a second of the substrate components abuts a first lateral edge of a first of the substrate components to form a common seam. The first and second of the substrate components are adjacent relative to a sequential array of multiple substrate components running parallel to the pair of longitudinal edges. The product has a pair of laminate component affixed to each side of each of the substrate components continuously over the sequential array thereof. The laminate components strengthen the product in relation to bearing a load applied to the second surface thereof and each of the common seams. The flooring product may be cut to lengths for accommodating overall lengths of recreational vehicles, trailers or manufactured housing units and thus reduces manufacturing costs associated therewith.

Stack of multi-panel sterilization assemblies

A continuous process for making a multi-panel sterilization assembly, the process including the steps of: providing a moving, continuous base web; providing a plurality of subassemblies; applying the subassemblies in position on the moving, continuous base web to define repeating portions that incorporate the subassemblies and alternating portions that lack such subassemblies; providing side tabs; applying the side tabs in position on the moving, continuous base web with respect to at least one edge of the portions that incorporate the subassemblies; attaching the subassemblies and the side tabs to the moving, continuous base web to form a continuous work-piece; and separating the continuous work-piece into individual multi-panel sterilization assemblies, each multi-panel sterilization assembly comprising a barrier panel, a fold protection panel and at least one side tab.
