The transfer unit includes: a body member; a plurality of pins along a first direction on a first surface of the body member; a plurality of suction pads on the first surface of the body member along a second direction; and a reel member on a second surface of the body member to supply a peeling tape to the second surface.
Film material, and peeling device and method for film material
The present disclosure provides a peeling device and method for film material. The film material includes a first film layer, a second film layer, and a third film layer stacked in sequence, and the first film layer and the second film layer have bodies corresponding to the third film layer and protrusions. The peeling device is configured to peel off the first film layer and includes: an abutment divided into a first area configured to place the bodies of the first film layer and the second film layer and the third film layer, and a second area configured to place the protrusions of the first film layer and the second film layer; and a peeling mechanism configured to be coupled to the protrusion of the first film layer to separate the first film layer from the second film layer.
Machines and Methods to Apply Tape to a Surface
A machine to apply tape to a surface includes a handle for manipulation by a user connected to a wheeled applicator allowing the tape to be dispensed from the applicator and rolled onto a surface. The applicator includes two sidewalls adjustable relative to each other on guide bars to define space therebetween where rolls of tape having different widths can be accommodated. The sidewalls further include bottom portions shaped complimentarily with the wheel to define a path sized for a width of the tape around the wheel, and where the sidewalls further define a path sized for the width of the tape over at least one guide bar. The applicator also may include a clutched take-up reel operatively connected to the wheel, where rotation of the wheel causes the take-up reel to rotate and collect a liner.
Laminates, and systems and methods for laminating
A frangible laminate includes first, second and third webs, and the second web is positioned between the first and third webs. The forming of the frangible laminate includes adhesively bonding a first plurality of sections of the second web to the first web, applying release material in order to inhibit at least some of any bonding between the first plurality of sections of the second web and the third web, and adhesively bonding a second plurality of sections of the second web to the third web. The frangible laminate is separated into a first laminate and a second laminate, so that the first laminate includes the first web and the first plurality of sections of the second web, and the second laminate includes the third web and the second plurality of sections of the second web.
METHOD OF TRANSFERRING FILM
A film transferring method according to an embodiment of the present invention of transferring a film adhered to a substrate to a roller in a state that a first adhesion force between the roller and the film and a second adhesion force between the film and the substrate are substantially the same includes: a transporting step of transporting the substrate and the film of which a first adhesion surface formed on one surface is adhered to the substrate in a first direction; a close contacting step of closely contacting the front end of the second adhesion surface formed on the other surface of the film that is transported with the roller rotating in the first rotation direction; and a transferring step of peeling the film from the substrate and simultaneously transferring it to the roller by peeling the front adhesion surface of the first adhesion surface from the substrate, while simultaneously transferring the front end of the second adhesion surface to the roller and continuously transporting the substrate in the first direction, wherein a first weak adhesion force that is smaller than the second adhesion force is formed between the front adhesion surface and the substrate.
SHEET SEPARATION DEVICE, LAMINATOR, IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS, AND IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM
A sheet separation device separates a non-bonding portion of a two-ply sheet in which two sheets are overlapped and bonded together at a bonding portion of the two-ply sheet. The sheet separation device includes a winding roller and a gripper. The winding roller rotates and winds the two-ply sheet to separate the two-ply sheet. The gripper is disposed in the winding roller and configured to grip a gripped portion of the two-ply sheet at one end of the two-ply sheet without abutting a tip of the gripped portion at the one end of the two-ply sheet on a member.
