Pad removal method and device
A pad removal method includes affixing a first end of a pad guide to a first location of a pad. The method further includes affixing a second end of the pad guide to a second location of the pad. The method further includes moving the first end from a first position, a first distance from the second location, to a second position, a second distance from the second location, wherein the first distance is greater than a diameter of the pad, and the second distance is less than the width of the pad.
LABEL PEELING DEVICE
According to one embodiment, a label peeling device includes a tray, a pressing unit, and a control unit. The tray is configured to support a label sheet thereon. The pressing unit is configured to be driven in a direction perpendicular to a conveyance direction of the label sheet. The control unit is configured to drive the pressing unit toward a central portion of the label sheet supported on the tray. The control unit performs peeling control to peel a liner sheet and a label body of the label sheet from each other by pressing an edge of the label sheet and thereby curving the label sheet.
Device and method for removing a peelable seal
A container or array of containers that is are sealed with a peelable seal is transported via a conveyor along a processing path toward a desealing station at which an adhesive surface having a width substantially the same as or greater than the width of the seal is pressed against the upper surface of the peelable seal. A collection rod applies a downward pressure on the adhesive surface, pressing it against the seal and keeping the container or container array in position on the conveyor as the plate moves with the conveyor. As the leading edge of the seal passes the collection rod, the adhesive surface is rolled upward, away from the plane of the seal, pulling up on the leading edge of the seal to separate it from the container or container array while the container or container array is held down by the roller. The removed seal is then discarded.
PAD REMOVAL METHOD AND DEVICE
A pad removal device includes a pad guide extending along a first direction. The pad guide includes a first affixing component configured to affix a first end of the pad guide to a pad at a first pad location, and a second affixing component configured to affix a second end of the pad guide to the pad at a second pad location different from the first pad location. The pad removal device further includes a first actuator attached to the first end of the pad guide. The pad removal device further includes a control assembly coupled to the actuator, wherein the control assembly is configured to cause the first actuator to move the first end toward the second end along the first direction.
PROCESSING APPARATUS AND PROCESSING METHOD OF STACK
A processing apparatus of a stack is provided. The stack includes two substrates attached to each other with a gap provided between their end portions. The processing apparatus includes a fixing mechanism that fixes part of the stack, a plurality of adsorption jigs that fix an outer peripheral edge of one of the substrates of the stack, and a wedge-shaped jig that is inserted into a corner of the stack. The plurality of adsorption jigs include a mechanism that allows the adsorption jigs to move separately in a vertical direction and a horizontal direction. The processing apparatus further includes a sensor sensing a position of the gap between the end portion in the stack. A tip of the wedge-shaped jig moves along a chamfer formed on an end surface of the stack. The wedge-shaped jig is inserted into the gap between the end portions in the stack.

Peeling device, peeling system and peeling method
A peeling device which peels a superposed substrate obtained by bonding a first substrate and a second substrate together, from one end portion of the superposed substrate toward the other end portion thereof, includes a first holding unit configured to hold the first substrate of the superposed substrate, a second holding unit configured to hold the second substrate of the superposed substrate, and a moving unit configured to move the first holding unit away from the second holding unit. The moving unit is configured to move in at least a peeling direction of the superposed substrate.
Method of detaching sub-substrate from substrate
A method of detaching a sub-substrate from a substrate includes providing a first sub-substrate attached to a first substrate having a rectangular shape with first and second sides extending in a first direction and third and fourth sides extending in a second direction crossing the first direction, inserting a separating member between the first sub-substrate and the first substrate to partially detach therebetween, attaching a plurality of pads arranged in a matrix pattern to the first sub-substrate, lifting first pads among the plurality of pads arranged in a third direction crossing the first and second directions, lifting second pads, at least two of the second pads being arranged in the second direction, and at least two of the second pads being arranged in the third direction, and lifting third pads arranged in the second direction.
Corner peeling device, film peeling apparatus and film peeling method
This invention discloses a corner peeling device, a film peeling apparatus, and a film peeling method, and relates to the technical field of liquid crystal panel manufacture, for the purpose of solving the problem concerning low efficiency in film peeling. The corner peeling device comprises: a movable rack; a roller pivoted on the upper part of the rack; an evacuating device in communication with the air channel; and an automatic revolving device, which is connected to the roller so that at the beginning of corner peeling and after corner peeling, the opening of the same sucking hole at one end of the plurality of the sucking holes arranged at intervals is upward. The corner peeling device is used for peeling a corner of a release film adhered to a plate-like substrate. The film peeling apparatus comprises the corner peeling device mentioned in the technical solution described above.
Prepreg composite material ply and backing separation systems and methods
A system for separating a prepreg composite material ply from a backing includes a first support configured to contact a first surface of the backing apart from a corner defined by the ply and the backing. A second support is configured to contact a second surface of the ply apart from the corner. A corner displacer is coupled to at least one of the first support and the second support. The corner displacer is configured to displace the corner in a first direction and an opposite second direction to thereby bend portions of the ply and the backing between the corner and the first support and the second support, and the portions of the ply and the backing thereby separate from each other.
