A foldable bottle holder (10, 100, 106, 110) includes a foldable wall (12), a sheet (14), and a closure (16). The foldable wall (12) includes a first portion (20) and a second portion (22) that are connected by a hinge (24). A first portion (32) of the sheet (14) is secured to the foldable wall (12), and a second portion (34) of the sheet (14) cooperates with the first portion (20) of the foldable wall (12) to define an opening (36) of the bottle holder (10) so that the sheet (14) forms a bottom wall (38) of the bottle holder (10) connected to the second portion (22) of the foldable wall (12) and so that the foldable wall (12) and the sheet (14) together form side walls (39) of the bottle holder (10) and the opening (36). The closure (16) selectively retains the first portion (20) and the second portion (22) of the foldable wall (12) in a minimized condition of the foldable bottle holder (10) and in open state of the closure (16) allows for a user to carry a bottle (50) in the foldable holder (10).

A satchel and wallet combination assembly includes a container that is flexible and includes a perimeter wall having an upper end open to access an interior of the container. The container may be manipulated into a folded condition wherein the container is folded multiple times upon itself and into a deployed condition wherein the container is unfolded. A convertible device that converts between an activity mat and a storage container to capture and store numerous articles. Upon reclosing the activity mat, the articles are recaptured into the storage container. The device includes walls and a base, webbing connected between each adjacent wall pair, and a joint connected between the base and walls so that they are foldable into a third configuration wherein the footprint of the folded device is roughly the size of the base. In the third configuration, the walls are stacked relative to the base. The convertible device may further include two zippers for releasably holding the walls in a rigid and upright position in the first configuration. The webbing can be inwardly biased such that when the walls are urged from the second to the first configuration, the webbing folds toward the interior of the convertible device.

A tote bag including a collapsible container body made of a foldable assembly of fabric panels that are joined together to form a bottom side and a sidewall including four lateral sides that jointly define an inner storage volume when the collapsible container body takes an expanded state. The sidewall is formed of at least one side panel joined at extremities along at least one vertical connection line. The four lateral sides are defined by pinching the at least one side panel to form four vertical ridges that shape the sidewall into the four lateral sides, each vertical ridge being formed by pinching of the at least one side panel along a pinching line that does not extend fully to the bottom side and stops at a first distance from the bottom side. Furthermore, each vertical connection line is positioned along the sidewall at a location that does not coincide with any one of the vertical ridges.

According to some embodiments, a basket that converts to a picnic mat is disclosed. The picnic basket includes a planar material comprised of equally sized panels arranged in a three-row by six-column configuration and a support strap system. The support strap system is disposed across a column next to a first edge column wherein the support strap system is centered between the first pocket and the second pocket by folding the column three columns from the first edge column and two columns from the second edge column over the column next to a first edge column.
