TOOL-LESS FASTENING SYSTEM
A tool-less fastening system includes an interface assembly including an interface body having a first longitudinal end, a second longitudinal end, and a contact surface disposed between the first longitudinal surface and the second longitudinal surface, a fastening element coupled to the interface body, and a stop block extending from the interface body at the second longitudinal end, the stop block including an inclined surface. The tool-less fastening system also includes a receiver shaped to receive the interface body. The receiver has a receiver body defining a channel and at least one receiver block extending from the receiver body into the channel, wherein the at least one receiver block includes a receiving surface for receiving the contact surface of the interface body. In some embodiments, the tool-less fastening system can be implemented with shippable furniture, such as office chairs and tables.
Mounting system, devices, methods and uses thereof
The present specification discloses systems, devices, and methods and uses provide a mounting system which includes rail and a bracket which is selectively secured to the rail. A bracket disclosed herein selectively and/or automatically secures or locks to a rail disclosed herein when positioned on the rail by actuating or triggering a locking mechanism disclosed herein to adopted a locked configuration. In addition, a bracket disclosed herein may be selectively removed from a rail by actuating or triggering a locking mechanism disclosed herein to adopted an unlocked configuration. The disclosed mounting systems, devices, and methods enable a device to be protected from impact and moisture exposure, enable a device to be securely mounted on a base, and/or enable a device to be quickly secured and removed from a base.

CPR chest compression device with releasable base member
A CPR device having a base member configured to be placed underneath a patient, a chest compression mechanism configured to deliver CPR chest compressions to the patient, a support leg configured to support the chest compression mechanism at a distance from the base member, a clamp mechanism coupled to the support leg, and a release mechanism coupled to the support leg and the clamp mechanism. The clamp mechanism is configured to attach the support leg to a lock component of the base member in a latch-closed configuration and to release the support leg from the lock component in a latch-open configuration. The clamp mechanism is further configured to transition from the latch-closed configuration to the latch-open configuration when the lock component of the base member impacts an external portion of the clamp mechanism without the release mechanism being pulled away from the base member.
Connection to a suction disc
The connection of an accessory to a suction disc module comprises a lever mounted to the suction disc module; a latch bar on each side of that lever, and a raised shoulder on a top surface of the lever. The accessory has a pair of inclined latch blocks for engagement with the latch bars and a square-edge boss for engagement with the raised shoulder. The lever is urged away from the suction disc module by a spring. The lever has an overrun in a displacement thereof while a displacement of the spring remains constant. The lever is selectively movable along this overrun for engaging the latch bars with the inclined latch blocks and for engaging the raised shoulder with the square-edge boss. This latter engagement of the raised shoulder with the square-edge boss prevents an excess movement of the connecting direction, and urges the accessory in the release direction.
Safety link assembly for an aerial delivery apparatus
A safety link assembly for use with an aerial delivery apparatus, the assembly comprising a main body, an ejectable connector, a retaining mechanism comprising a retaining lever rotatably mounted on a rotary axis on the main body and rotatable between a first retaining position, and a second releasing position, and a securing mechanism comprising a securing member moveable between a first securing position, and a second non-securing position, wherein the distance from the first region of the retaining lever to the rotary axis is less than the distance from the second region of the retaining lever to the rotary axis. Methods of performing an aerial delivery from an aircraft are also included.
REMOVABLE FIXING DEVICE
The present invention relates to a removable fixing device 1 for fixing equipment A on a support B, with: a compressible planar piece 5, an operating lever comprising a cam lever 2, and an assembly rod 3 having a first end and a second end;
with: said second end of the assembly rod 3 being provided with a tightening means (4); said compressible planar piece 5, said operating lever comprising a cam lever 2 and said tightening means 4 arranged in tightened position being disposed around said assembly rod 3 in an assemblage; said operating lever comprising a cam lever 2 being arranged so that a rotation of the cam lever 2 about an axis y at right angles to the axis z of the assembly rod 3 induces a displacement of the cam lever 2 between a tightened position and a loosened position.
CLAMPING ASSEMBLY
A clamp assembly for connecting a rudder to an aquatic device having a body with a first end, a second end, a top and a bottom. A clamp having a screw connected to a pivot pin disposed within a clamp head is removably connected to the top of the body for selectively applying a clamping force on the body. The clamp handle in some bodies tapering to an end to allow placement within a retaining slot of a fin box.
CLAMPING DEVICE
A clamping device, such as a barbell collar, includes a primary member having a cylindrical body with a central passage configured to receive a mounting member therethrough, an actuator mechanism connected to the primary member and moveable between a locked position, where the primary member securely engages the mounting member, and an unlocked position, where the primary member is removable from the mounting member. The clamping device also includes a retaining mechanism configured to releasably retain the actuator in the unlocked position.
