The connecting module is converted to a third state from a first state through a second state. The connecting module includes a fourth part, a first part, a second part and a third part, which are sequentially disposed in an axial direction. The first part is fixed to the third part. From the first state to the third state, the fourth part rotates together with the first part. From the first state to the second state, the first part rotates with respect to the second part, and the second part moves with respect to the third part in the axial direction.

Surgical scalpel handle assembly system and method for requiring a verification process
10251720 · 2019-04-09 · ·

A surgical scalpel handle assembly system and method that requires a surgeon to actively perform a verification process known as a time out verification process but specifically requires sequentially moving a series of actuator knobs on a scalpel handle upon affirming each criterion embedded in the scalpel handle. The required sequential confirmation of each criterion unlocks and ejects a blade holder from a scalpel handle to a position fully engaged and ready for blade attachment, surgery and in cutting position. The assembly system and method includes exposed visual indicia on the handle that indicates green exposed visual indices upon affirming verification of time out criteria and thus triggering the deployment of a fully exposed, engaged, and in a ready for surgery for blade attachment in handle.

Hydraulic line attachment device and method

A hydraulic line attachment device is provided. The hydraulic line attachment device comprises a first assembly comprising a first frame constructed for holding a plurality of first hydraulic line couplers and a first coupling member; and a second assembly comprising a second frame constructed for holding a plurality of second hydraulic line couplers and a second coupling member constructed to engage the first coupling member and align the plurality of first hydraulic line couplers with the plurality of second hydraulic line couplers. At least one of the first coupling member and the second coupling member comprises an arm constructed to engage at least one of the first frame and the second frame and engage the other of the first coupling member and the second coupling member. The other of the first coupling member and the second coupling member comprises a cam that engages the arm to provide tightening of the first assembly relative to the second assembly. A method for using a hydraulic line attachment device is provided.

COUPLING MEMBER AND COUPLING SYSTEM, AND A METHOD FOR COUPLING TWO MODULES WITH EACH OTHER, AND AN AIRCRAFT
20190048908 · 2019-02-14 ·

A coupling member for coupling modules with each other. The coupling member comprises a coupling portion, which in turn has a coupling rim and at least two hook members disposed on the coupling rim. The coupling portion substantially corresponds in its outer contour to a spherical segment of a sphere with a predetermined spherical radius, wherein the coupling rim represents a circular disk of the spherical segment. In this case, an outer radius of the coupling rim is smaller than or equal to the spherical radius. The at least two hook members, in a lateral view, at least partially follow the outer contour of the spherical cap of the spherical segment. The at least two hook members are engageable with the hook members of a coupling portion of a second coupling member.

Twist lock tool system

A tool system including a liner having a body and a plurality of coupling members extending from the body, the body includes a first aperture through which at least part of a tool extends and is configured for coupling to a tool fixture, and a housing having an second aperture through which the at least part of the tool extends, a first end of the housing having grooves configured to mate with the plurality of coupling members to couple the tool within the grooves and to the tool fixture.

Quick Disconnect Apparatus for Modular Tooling

A modular tooling receiver that includes a wall having a port that extends through it, an engaging member that is movably disposed in the port, and a lock actuator that is disposed on a first side of the wall. The lock actuator is moveable between a first position in which the lock actuator urges the engaging member in a first direction defined from the first side of the wall to a second side of the wall and a second position wherein the lock actuator permits the engaging member to move in a second direction defined from the second side of the wall to the first side of the wall. A first biasing element biases the lock actuator toward the first position. A damper controls a rate of motion of the lock actuator from the second position toward the first position.

CUPHOLDER ASSEMBLY

A selectively engageable and interlocking cupholder assembly, which may be used an aircraft or vehicle interior while in movement.

Drive assembly, cover and associated kit

A cover for use on a drive is adapted to be received by a feature on the drive. The cover includes a body and a mount. The mount is operably associated with the body. The mount is also adapted to cooperate with the feature on the drive to removably secure the cover to the drive. The mount and the body are separate components.
