The second member includes a concave support portion and a second contact portion in contact with a second contact surface opposite the first contact surface. Each of ribs protrudes radially outward of the cylindrical portion and extends in an axial direction. The ribs are provided alternately on an inner periphery and outer periphery of the cylindrical portion such that positions of the ribs differ from one another in a circumferential direction of the cylindrical portion.
