WORKING UNIT AND WORKING DEVICE
A working unit includes a tool rotation mechanism, a first turning mechanism turning the tool rotation mechanism about a first axis, and a second turning mechanism turning the tool rotation mechanism and the first turning mechanism about a second axis perpendicular to the first axis. The first turning mechanism includes a motor having a stator connected to the second turning mechanism and a hollow shaft-shaped rotor arranged inside the stator in such a manner that the rotor is capable of rotating about the first axis, and a second rotating body including one arm portion coupled to one end portion of the rotor, the other arm portion coupled to the other end portion of the rotor, and an arm coupling portion that couples the arm portions to each other. The tool rotation mechanism is provided on the second rotating body.
MACHINE TOOL
A machine tool for the computer-controlled machining of workpieces includes a machine stand and at least two clamping devices which are maintained next to each other in an adjusting and mobile manner, at least one tool receiving element being formed with one of the clamping devices and at least one tool receiving element being formed with the other clamping device. The clamping devices are maintained in an adjusting and mobile manner in the machine stand by a rotating mechanism including at least two rotational axes which are connected in series and which intersect each other. At least one linear guide is embodied between at least one of the clamping devices and the machine stand.
Machining system
A machining system includes a tool head having a yoke, a housing pivotally mounted to the yoke and a collet rotatable in the housing. The collet includes a tool head rocker driven by fluid to allow rocking of a tool relative to the collet in a plane normal to the housing pivotal axis in the yoke. The machining system also includes a source of constant liquid pressure and a source of constant gas pressure. The collet has pressure chambers in communication with the sources of constant pressures to bias the rockable collet assembly. The collet/tool axis is arranged to trail in the direction of relative motion when the contour of the work is moving away from the tool head and to lead when the contour of the work is approaching the tool head.
Double-swing angle spindle head
The present invention discloses a double-swing angle spindle head, in which an A-axis swing shaft is connected to the spindle head through the flange on the end face to realize the swing of the A-axis, and a crank connecting rod mechanism composed of a first rotating shaft, a second rotating shaft, a B-axis rotating shaft and a swing connecting rod realizes the swing of the B-axis under the push-pull action of the B-axis mechanism. Under the action of the linear push-pull mechanism, the linear axis feed movement between a ram and a saddle is realized. Thus, the freedom of movement range of the spindle head is improved, the rigidity, torque and precision of the spindle head are enhanced, and the volume and weight of the spindle head equipment are reduced.
Guide dresser, cutter heads and methods of use thereof
There is provided a guide dresser for milling a saw guide, the guide dresser comprising first and second cutter assemblies that are slidably mounted on a rail or slide system so as to be adjustable, in operation, between an open position and a closed position. There is also provided cutter heads and methods for milling a saw guide.
Linkage swing head structure
The present invention provides a linkage swing head structure, including: a base, a drive mechanism and a spindle. The drive mechanism includes: a power mechanism, a connecting rod mechanism and a lead screw. An end of the spindle is fixed with a cutter, and the spindle is fixed on an end of the connecting rod mechanism. An end of the connecting rod mechanism fixed with the spindle is sleeved on a support bearing, the connecting rod mechanism can rotate around the support bearing, the support bearing is fixed on the base, and the other end of the connecting rod mechanism is movably connected to the lead screw. An output end of the power mechanism is connected to an end of the lead screw. The connecting rod mechanism adjusts the rotation angle of the spindle by sliding on the lead screw. The drive mechanism of the present invention is far away from the spindle, and the interference range thereof to the spindle is small. The spindle can be automatically and continuously indexed, and can also perform linkage machining with small cutting amount, and thus, when the cutter rotates by the same angle, the volume of the device is reduced; the structure is simple and the manufacturing cost is low.
