A miniature portable multifunctional infusion device includes a liquid bottle (4) and a film box body (16) secured to a support frame (1). The film box body (16) is respectively provided with a directional input interface (17) and a directional output interface (14) in communication with the liquid bottle (4) and a needle via an infusion pipe. The film box body (16) is installed with an elastic film (27), and a transmission system (31) is arranged at a side of the elastic film (27). The transmission system (31) includes a miniature direct current motor (32) connected to a frequency modulating system (28). The miniature direct current motor (32) is connected to a spiral straightening device (34) via a speed reducer (33), and the spiral straightening device (34) is connected to a reciprocating film propping device (36) via a two-order shaft (43). A truncated cone (39) of the reciprocating film propping device (36) at a front end is in contact with the elastic film (27). In the infusion device, the miniature direct current motor (32) drives the transmission system (31) to enable movement of the reciprocating film propping device (36), thereby realizing conversion from electrical energy to mechanical energy, and realizing regulation of an infusion speed through a change in the volume the reciprocating film propping device (36) by compressing the film box body (16).

An injection system of micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) is incorporated on the basis of the functions of the existing intelligent bracelet to automatically detect the physical indicators and abnormal state of the wearer, and to automatically inject adrenaline medications and give an alarm at the same time.

Smart wearable injection and/or infusion device

A delivery device for delivering a medical fluid to a patient has a housing configured for receiving a container at least partially filled with the medical fluid. The delivery device further has a drive mechanism associated with the housing configured for delivering the medical fluid from the container to the patient in a dosing procedure. The delivery device further has a module configured for detecting at least one of a property of the dosing procedure and a property of the medical fluid. The module has at least one dose detection sensor configured for detecting an initiation, progression, and completion of the dosing procedure based on a position of a stopper within the container. The module further has at least one temperature sensor configured for measuring a temperature of the medical fluid within the container based on a temperature of the container.

Medicament delivery device

The present disclosure relates to a medicament delivery device. The medicament delivery device comprises a housing, a needle and a reservoir. The needle is configured to project from a distal end of the housing. The reservoir is disposed in the housing and has a flexible wall. The medicament delivery device further comprises a dispensing member and a biasing member. The dispensing member is disposed in the housing and the biasing member is configured to bias the dispensing member to move in an arcuate path relative to the housing such that the dispensing member moves across the flexible wall of the reservoir to dispense medicament from the reservoir when the reservoir contains medicament.

DETERMINATION OF ADJUSTMENTS TO FLUID DELIVERY SETTINGS

Infusion systems, infusion devices, and related operating methods are provided. In one example, a computer-implemented method includes identifying, based on an input meal size category of a meal event and a plurality of groups of historical meal events associated with a plurality of meal size categories for a person, a group of historical meal events having an associated meal size category that corresponds to the input meal size category, determining at least one person-specific variable representative of historical meal events in the identified group of historical meal events, determining a bolus insulin dosage based at least in part on the at least one person-specific variable, and causing administration of insulin to the person based on the bolus insulin dosage.

WEARABLE MEDICATION DELIVERY DEVICE

Systems and methods for delivering a medication to a person experiencing an emergency medical event without requiring intervention or action on the part of the person. A device encases a reservoir of medication and a delivery mechanism. Sensors in the housing sense a physical attribute of the person and circuitry monitors information collected by the sensors to determine if the person is experiencing a severe medical condition or event based on the information. An input device on or in the housing, such as a button, may be used or activated by the person if the detected condition or event is a false positive to cancel further action. If the system does not include the button or if the user does not press it in time, the system activates the delivery device and injects the medication into the person.
