PROFILE STRIP FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE AND PROFILE STRIP PRODUCTION METHOD
A profile strip for a motor vehicle, in particular for a sealing assembly in a window or door area of a motor vehicle. The profile strip comprises a securing profile section that can be secured on a first part of the motor vehicle. The profile strip comprises a sealing profile section connected to the securing profile section, produced from a vulcanized rubber matrix and configured to allow relative movements with reduced friction between the profile strip and a second part of the motor vehicle. A contact surface of the sealing profile section that can be brought into contact with the second part is provided with an anti-friction coating that comprises an anti-friction coating matrix and anti-friction particles embedded in the anti-friction coating matrix that are produced from UHMWPE. The anti-friction coating matrix is a vulcanized EPDM matrix.
Floor panel
In a floor panel (10) including a foamed cement board (1) having at least a foamed cement layer (3), a top plate (5a) attached to an upper surface of the foamed cement board (1), and a bottom plate (5b) attached to a lower surface of the foamed cement board (1). The foamed cement layer (3) is configured so that the layer (3) has a porous hardened cement phase and a fiber dispersed in the phase. Also, the layer (3) has a thickness within a range from 12 to 30 mm and a specific gravity within a range from 0.8 to 1.5. Thereby, the floor panel can be light in weight while desired strengths for the floor panel are established. The floor panel can be readily produced without any complicated processes.
Lining element of an edge of an aeronautical seat shell, method for manufacturing and method for setting up such an element
A flexible element for lining an edge of an aeronautical seat shell, made up of an assembly of at least two elongate, flexible and planar cut pieces, secured together by respective longitudinal boundaries so that the assembly has a three-dimensional shape matching with an edge of an aeronautical seat shell. A method for manufacturing such a lining element, as well as a method for setting up such a lining element over an aeronautical seat shell.
MOLDABLE NATURAL FIBER NONWOVEN WIRE HARNESS TROUGH AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION THEREOF
A nonwoven trough and method of construction thereof are provided. The nonwoven trough includes at least one nonwoven wall formed from a mixture of bonded natural cellulosic fibers and thermoplastic fibers. The at least one nonwoven wall extends along a longitudinal axis and has a midsection and opposite end portions. The midsection has a base and a pair of walls extending upwardly from the base to provide the midsection with a generally U-shaped cross-section taken generally transversely to the longitudinal axis. At least one flange extends laterally from the at least one nonwoven wall, wherein the flange is configured for attachment to a vehicle member.
