Administration system, delivery device, and notification device for communicating status of a medical device
An administration system for delivery of a pharmaceutical composition to a patient has a delivery device configured to deliver a dose of the pharmaceutical composition to the patient and a notification device in communication with the delivery device. The notification device is configured to communicate information about a status of at least one property of the delivery device. The delivery device can be a wearable automatic injector configured to be worn on the patient's skin. The delivery device of the present disclosure may allow a user or the patient to view a status of a container. For example, the delivery device of the present disclosure may provide a simple and effective visual means of displaying fill confirmation and delivery confirmation.

Adhesive and peripheral systems and methods for medical devices
Fill stations and base stations are provided for personal pump systems. The fill stations may be opened and closed to accept a reservoir and to allow fluid to be introduced into the reservoir for use with personal pump systems. The fill stations may hold the reservoir at a tilt relative to an underlying surface and may discourage overfilling of the reservoir. The filling stations may also include viewing windows having fluid lines marked thereon for indicating volume of fluid within the reservoir.
Disposable delivery assembly for a drug delivery device
The present invention relates to a disposable delivery assembly for a drug delivery device to dispense a liquid medicament, the delivery assembly comprising: a disposable injector (60) comprising an injection needle (65), a flexible tube (64) and an injector fluid coupling (68), wherein the injection needle (65) is in fluid communication with the fluid coupling (68) via the flexible tube (64), a disposable cartridge (70) comprising a reservoir (80) at least partially filled with the liquid medicament and comprising a cartridge fluid coupling (90) in fluid communication with the reservoir (80), wherein the injector (60) and the cartridge (70) are mechanically interconnected in an undeployed configuration (4), in which the injector fluid coupling (68) and the cartridge fluid coupling (90) are disconnected, and—wherein the cartridge (70) is displaceable relative to the injector (60) into a deployed configuration (6), in which the injector fluid coupling (68) and the cartridge fluid coupling (90) are in fluid communication.

Adhesive and peripheral systems and methods for medical devices
A system is disclosed. The system includes a reservoir for containing a fluidic medium, the reservoir including a front surface, a resilient cylindrical flexure portion connected to the front surface, the resilient cylindrical flexure portion comprising an accordion-like structure that is able to expand and contract to change an interior volume within the resilient cylindrical flexure portion, a central passageway within the resilient cylindrical flexure, and a collection chamber connected to the central passageway. Also, a system including a reservoir, a plunger head located within the reservoir, a plunger arm connected to the plunger head, a driving shaft connected to the plunger arm, and a motor connected to the driving shaft, the motor controllable to move the drive shaft in a first motion and a second motion so as to move the advance plunger head and retract the plunger head within the reservoir.
Fluid Dispensing Device
A device for dispensing fluid from a flexible bag includes a casing containing a tray for receiving a fluid-filled bag and a pressure applicator movable by an actuator. Movement of the actuator pushes the pressure applicator against the tray by translation or by rotation to compress the bag between the tray and the casing.

CASSETTE ASSEMBLY FOR AMBULATORY DRUG PUMP
A cassette for attachment and use with an infusion pump apparatus. The cassette head having a low profile cassette head for attaching to the infusion pump apparatus and a flexible reservoir attached to the cassette head that can be filled with a fluid to be administered to a patient. The reservoir is enclosed in a flexible cover attached to the cassette. The flexibility of the cover and the reservoir inhibits the cassette head from disengaging from the infusion pump apparatus and allows the infusion pump apparatus to be primed by squeezing or pressing the cover and reservoir.
