The polyolefin-based composition is made from and/or contains a grafted polyolefin copolymer composition, a base resin composition, and optionally, an additives composition. The grafted polyolefin copolymer composition is made from and/or contains a grafted polyolefin composition, an olefin elastomer composition, and a long-chain branched polyolefin composition. The grafted polyolefin is coupled to the olefin elastomer and the long-chain branched polyolefin.
ADHESIVE SHEET FOR SEALING METAL TERMINALS OF FLAT ELECTROCHEMICAL CELL
In a packaging body provided with at least an inner layer composed of a thermal-adhesive polyolefin based resin and a barrier layer composed of a metal foil, in which metal terminals are sealed by the thermal-adhesive resin with unconnected ends of the metal terminals protruding outside, an adhesive sheet for sealing metal terminals of a flat electrochemical cell which is not only able to prevent a short circuit between the barrier layer and the metal terminals but high in a layer-to-layer adhesive strength and a low possibility of a reduction in battery performance to be caused due to invasion of moisture is provided. In the adhesive sheet for sealing a metal terminal part of a flat electrochemical cell according to the invention, a fibrous sheet or a porous sheet is covered by the inner layer and an acid-modified polyolefin based resin layer having adhesive properties.

Related methods and uses are described.
EASY OPENING METALIZED HERMETIC FILMS AND METHODS TO MANUFACTURE THE SAME
Composite film structures for packaging use. The composite film structures have easy open, clean peel and hermetic seal characteristics stemming from good caulkability characteristics when a region of the composite film structures are folded over and sealed to form a seal on a bag, pouch or package. The composite film structure includes a base film which includes a biaxially-oriented film and a vacuum-deposited metal layer and a heat-sealant structure comprising a low density polyethylene and a linear low density polyethylene. The metal layer is between the biaxially-oriented film and the heat-sealant structure. The heat-sealant structure thickness is from about 50 to about 100 gauge, the adhesion strength between the biaxially-oriented film and the metal layer is less than about 800 g/in, and the seal strength when a region of the composite film structure is folded onto a composite film structure region is from about 500 to about 1500 g/in.
