Sealing sheet for back surface of solar cell, and solar cell module
The present invention is a sealing sheet for a back surface of a solar cell comprising only one polyester film, wherein the polyester film is composed of at least the layer A and the layer B, or the layer A, the layer B and the layer C described below, wherein the polyester film has a given whiteness and a given average reflectance of the polyester film, a given acid value of the polyester, a given thickness of the whole polyester film, a given thickness of the A layer and the B layer, and a given content of the inorganic fine particles in the whole polyester film. Layer A: a polyester resin layer in which the content of the inorganic fine particles is 10 to 35% by mass Layer B: a polyester resin layer in which the content of the inorganic fine particles is 0 to 8% by mass, which is the smallest among the contents of the inorganic fine particles in the layer A, the layer B and the layer C Layer C: a polyester resin layer in which the content of the inorganic fine particles is 0.4 to 10% by mass.
MULTILAYER POLYMER SHEETS
Multilayer polymer sheets are provided, as well as related methods, systems, and appliances.
Composite Thermoplastic Laminate
A composite sheet material includes a cover sheet, a substrate and an adhesion promoting layer. The cover sheet has a cover sheet material. The substrate has a substrate material. The adhesion promoting layer is disposed between the cover sheet and the substrate. A first side of the adhesion promoting layer disposed towards the cover sheet has an affinity to bond with the cover sheet material. A second side of the adhesion promoting layer disposed towards the substrate has an affinity to bond with the substrate material.
Adhesive tape
The adhesive tape includes: a resin layer that is formed by applying resin coating, the resin coating containing a resin having an acid number of 50 mg/g or more and 130 mg/g or less, and at least one type of cross-linking agent selected from between an epoxy-based cross-linking agent and a metal chelate cross-linking agent; and an adhesive layer that is laminated on or above the resin layer, and is formed by applying adhesive coating, the adhesive coating containing a resin including a hydroxyl group, and a metal chelate compound.
Waterproof membrane with good adhesion to concrete
A waterproof membrane is described that includes a barrier layer and a functional layer. The functional layer can include a thermoplastic polymer that changes consistency under the influence of highly alkaline media, and an adhesive. The production and use of the membrane are also described. The functional layer of the membrane can be designed in the form of a film, a coating, or a nonwoven fabric. The fibers in the fabric can include a hard core that is surrounded by a polymer layer, is inert prior to coming into contact with liquid concrete and acts as a protective layer. Thus, the membrane is protected from premature aging and allows work to be performed with the seal in place. During the concreting process, i.e. when the functional layer comes into contact with liquid concrete, the polymer dissolves and thus allows the adhesive to bond to the concrete. The functional layer thus acts as an adhesive sealing compound and the seal is leakproof.
LAYERED POLYESTER FILM
To provide a layered polyester film having excellent mechanical properties, transparency, heat resistance, and gas barrier property. A layered polyester film including a polyester film and a thin film layer, wherein the polyester film is a biaxially oriented polyester film including a dicarboxylic acid component containing mainly a furandicarboxylic acid and a glycol component containing mainly ethylene glycol, the covering layer is formed on at least one surface of the polyester film, and the layered polyester film has a plane orientation coefficient P of not less than 0.005 and not more than 0.200, and a thickness of the layered polyester film is not thinner than 1 m and not thicker than 300 m.
