Thermal-insulated wall and liner
A thermal insulated composite wall panel for use in insulated trailers, containers and insulated compartments, including a first liner panel, a second liner panel having a layer of fibers and at least one structural polymer resin layer disposed coplanar to and bonded with the layer of fibers, thereby forming a laminate liner panel, and an insulated core layer disposed intermediate to and bonded with the first and the second liner panels. The layer of fibers is adjacent the insulated core layer and is lofted prior to being bonded to the insulated core layer.
FUNCTIONAL SHEET INCLUDING POLYESTER RESIN, AND LENS USING FUNCTIONAL SHEET
The present invention provides a functional sheet including a functional layer provided between protective layers. The functional layer is a polarizing film layer, a photochromic layer, or a combination of the polarizing film layer and the photochromic layer. At least one of the protective layers includes a layer formed of a resin (C) containing a polyester resin (A) obtained as a result of polycondensation of 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol and 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid and an aromatic polycarbonate resin (B), the polyester resin (A) being contained at a content of 10 to 100 parts by mass and the aromatic polycarbonate resin (B) being contained at a content of 0 to 90 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass as a total of the polyester resin (A) and the aromatic polycarbonate resin (B). A lens is provided with such a functional sheet.
Microtextured multilayered elastic laminates with enhanced strength and elasticity and methods of making thereof
Stronger elastic laminates having an improved microtextured appearance, as well as methods of preparing the laminates, are disclosed herein. Particularly, the present disclosure is directed to multilayered elastic laminates including at least one thermoplastic elastomeric film layer and at least one plastic layer coextruded together, stretched and then relaxed. The prepared laminates have enhanced overall strength and elasticity.
POLYMERIC SHEETS AND ARTICLES WRAPPED THEREWITH
A polymeric sheet having low density and comprising a low to non-existent amount of cyclic olefinic polymers (COP) and/or cyclic olefinic copolymers (COC). The overall density of the sheet may be lower than water. The sheet may be stretched and then heat shrinked onto an article. The sheet may be used as a label or package to wrap articles therewith.
ADHESIVE FILM AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
The present invention provides an adhesive film hardly suffering from fisheyes and deposition of dirt and dusts thereonto and having excellent mechanical strength and heat resistance as well as good adhesion properties, which can be suitably used as various surface protective films, etc. The present invention relates to an adhesive film comprising a polyester film and an adhesive layer formed on at least one surface of the polyester film, in which the adhesive layer comprises a resin having a glass transition point of not higher than 0° C., and an antistatic agent, and a thickness of the adhesive layer is not more than 10 μm.
Antistatic ethylene copolymer compositions
Disclosed is an antistatic composition comprising a base resin comprising polyethylene or ethylene copolymers, an ethylene copolymer comprising amine-reactive sites and a polyetheramine and articles thereof. The ethylene copolymer comprising amine-reactive sites and the polyetheramine react to provide a graft copolymer.
Copolyesters plasticized with polymeric plasticizer
Polyester-based films contain certain copolyesters (A) and polyester plasticizers (B). The copolyesters (A) may be selected from those in which the force required to stretch a film of the copolyester (A) by itself, from 2× to 5×, increases by less than 200%. The polyester plasticizers (B) have a weight-average molecular weight of 900 to 12,000 g/mol, and contain (i) a diol component comprising residues of diols having 2 to 8 carbon atoms, and (ii) a diacid component comprising residues of dicarboxylic acids having 4 to 12 carbon atoms. These polyester-based films are particularly useful for preparing ultra-thin LCD or OLED polarizers, because they can be stretched very thin with a high stretch ratio at lower temperatures.
Printed polyester film based laminate, method of making and application thereof
The present disclosure provides a polyester film based laminate comprising: an outer polyethylene layer; a core layer of a printed polyester film; and an inner polyethylene layer; an article made of said laminate. The printing on the said polyester film based laminate can be a reverse printing. The present disclosure further provides a method for producing a polyester film based laminate.

A protective film includes a base layer and a wear layer, the wear layer comprising a UV cured hardcoat resin, and the UV cured hardcoat resin comprising surface modified silica nanoparticles. The protective film may comprise a pressure sensitive adhesive for adhesion to a floor. The protective film may be used, for example, as a protective floor finish.
Composite molded article having two-layer structure
The present invention has an object of providing a molded article of a composite structure obtained by bonding a polar thermoplastic resin, especially polyacetal, with another resin in a simple manner. According to the present invention, a molded article of a composite structure obtained by bonding a polar thermoplastic resin and a resin containing an aliphatic ester structure as a main component to each other in the state where at least a face at which both of the materials contact each other is in a melted state can be provided.
