The disclosure provides an article of luggage including one or more receptacles. The receptacles may receive beverage containers, food and food containers, or mobile devices. The receptacles may be integrated into the luggage or selectively removable from the luggage. Blank plugs may be inserted into the receptacle openings and secured via a latch mechanism. The receptacles may also be secured with the latch mechanism. Seals are provided to prevent water, dirt, or debris from entering the luggage and securing the contents of the luggage.

The case includes a front shell and a back shell pivotally connected to a hinge cover by one or more coupling mechanisms. A first portion of an electronic device is inserted into the front shell and a second portion of the electronic device is inserted into the back shell. The coupling mechanisms retain the front and back shells operatively engaged with the hinge cover as the electronic device housed in the case is pivotally or hingedly opened and closed, help prevent unintended opening or closing of the device, and keep the device open or closed when so positioned by a user.

The present disclosure provides a magnetic system within a case for an electronic accessory. The case may include a housing portion and a lid coupled to the housing portion. Within the housing portion may be a housing magnet. The housing magnet may be oriented such that the magnetic field of the housing magnet is oriented transverse to a longitudinal axis of the case. The housing magnet may have a size and strength to magnetically couple the electronic accessory within a cavity of the housing. A hinge magnet may be located along an axis of rotation of the lid with respect to the housing. The hinge magnet and housing magnet may magnetically interact to form a bistable magnetic hinge. Thus, the one housing magnet may be large enough and have a strong enough magnetic field to perform various functions.

An inductive charging case in accordance with certain embodiments presented herein comprises a base and a lid mechanically coupled together via a hinge mechanism. When the inductive charging case is in a closed arrangement (e.g., the lid is positioned adjacent to the base), the lid and base collectively define an interior volume that is configured to enclose an electronic device therein. A hinged support apparatus that can include a mounting plate, an elongated base, and two living hinges on the elongated base. The mounting plate can have a proximal and a distal end. The elongated base can have a proximal end, a midway point, and a distal end, wherein the proximal end of the elongated base can be attached to at least a portion of the proximal end of the mounting plate and the midway point can create a proximal half and a distal half of the elongated base. A first of the two living hinges can be located between the proximal end and the midway point of the elongated base. A second of the two living hinges can be located between the first living hinge and the midway point of the elongated base. A protective case for housing a protected device such as audio earbuds. In some examples the case may include a water-resistant seal to prevent damage to the protected device, an impact-resistant outer housing and/or an impact absorbing inner housing portion. The case may include upper and lower portions hingedly or pivotally coupled to one another. In example applications wherein the protected device includes a hinged container, eccentric or offset hinge axes of the case and the protected device effect a cam or fulcrum action that assists in opening and/or raising the protected device container for ease of access to the protected device when the case is opened.
